Super! I was only boiling the whole malai in a kadai n filtering for ghee and throwing away the residue. But now I will try n use this method. Is sour curd not needed to be mixed? I used to see my mother add sour curd to malai before shaking in glass bottle.
It was so easy... thanks for posting this recipe.. I whisked malai in same kadai and then remove the milk from it and put the kadai on gas .. thos way i tried to save an utensil to wash..😂

@@kashishpratapsingh8926 yeah.. it works for me.. malai ko Ekdum garm nhi krna.. bss thoda sa melt krna hai.. aur uska Temperature thanda hi hona chahiye.. itna hi garm kro.. aur ek kaam aur kr skte ho... aap use whisk krte hue.. ekdumm chilled water daalo.. ekdumm se ghee alag ho jayega.. continuesly ghumate rho.. ho jayega..

In first step, the milk didn come out . Directly ghee texture and makkhan result. Does that mean malai was not good?
