    Ghar ka bana hua shudh deshi ghee khana sabhi ko pasand hota hai lekin ghar me ghee banane me time jyada lagta hai aur bartan bhi bahut kharab ho jate hai. Aaj is video me hum aapko ek anokha tareeka batayenge jisse ghee bartan me nhi chipkega. Minton me ghee taiyar ho jayega.

    Tysooomuch mam itna easy way bataane ke liye. Mene same aise hi ghee nikalaa. Bahut hi kum time me ghee nikalaa mene. Tysooomuch once again

    देशी गाय का घी अगर हाथ से बिलोया जाए और धीमी आंच पर चूल्हे पर पकाया जाए उससे बेहतर कुछ नहीं होता 🙏🙏

    As a man who started cooking this video is Excellent idea and i did follow your method.I went a step further....in the same vessel after removing all ghee there wes residual ghee i put little ghee and heated then added mustard,jeera,chilly,ginger and rava .Roasted rava which absorbed all ghee .After 5 minutes added turmeric,chilly,salt and stirred for 5 minutes and took out whole mixture and after cooling stored in fridge to make ready upma by simply adding water and vegetables.
    Believe me vessel was totally dry.

    जो लस्सी निकली है, उसे कुछ देर के लिए बाहर ही रहने दे और उसमें दो-तीन चम्मच दही डाल दें। फिर थोड़े समय बाद उसे गैस पर रख कर उबालें । तो उससे पनीर तैयार हो जाएगा और जो घी निकालने के बाद छानकर निकला है ।उसमें शक्कर और रोटी मिलाकर चूरी बनाएं।

    अगर आप इसको थोड़ा कम यानी की लाइट ब्रॉउन करोगे तो टेस्ट बहुत अच्छा होगा और हा जब घी पकते समय जैसा की आप ने बोला अब घी जैसा दिखने लगा तब आप उसमे 5 चमच नार्मल पानी डाल दोगे तो घी दानेदार हो जाएगा
    आप ने मैडम घी को बहुत ज्यादा पका डाला इस से घी में खुसबू अछि नही आती जले हुवे की महक आती है और खाने में भी अच्छा नही लगता इसको हल्का ब्रॉउन ही रखे

    बहुत अच्छा ! 👍 बस एक काम और करें जब मक्खन ऊपर आ जाता है तब मठ्ठा छानने के लिए छन्नी का प्रयोग करें तो समय बचेगा और मक्खन भी बेकार नहीं जाएगा।

    Comparatively this procedure is time taking and the quality of ghee is not that good. Nothing is going to happen in ten minutes, in fact it takes long time and continues strring. The best way is to make with butter
