🔹Ingredients🔹
Dough:
✔Flour - 380 g
✔Baking powder - 7 g
✔Powdered sugar or sugar - 60 g
✔Vanilla sugar - 10 g (optional)
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Yolks - 2 pcs.
✔Butter - 100 g
✔Sour cream (15-20%) - 2 tbsp. l.
✔Water - 50-70 ml.
Filling:
✔Apples - 750 g.
✔Sugar - 150 g or to taste.
✔Cinnamon - 1 tsp. (optional)
✔For greasing the pie - 1 yolk.
✔For sprinkling - 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
✔More love and good mood (required).
🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 30 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the features of your oven.
❗Notes ❗
✅Add water to the dough little by little until it comes together into a single ball.
✅Put sugar in both the dough and filling according to your taste.
✅ Instead of cinnamon, you can use lemon or orange zest.
✅This pie can be made with different fillings.

Dough:
Flour: 3 cups
Baking Powder: 1.5 tsp
Powdered Sugar: 0.50 cups
Vanilla Sugar: 2 tsp (optional)
Salt: 1/3 tsp
Yolks: 2 pcs
Butter: 0.5 cups
Sour Cream: 2 tbsp
Water: 0.25 cups
Filling:
Apples: 750 g (no conversion needed)
Sugar: 0.75 cups
Cinnamon: 1 tsp (optional)
For Greasing and Sprinkling:
For greasing the pie: 1 yolk
For sprinkling: 1 tbsp sugar
And of course, more love and good mood as required!

peel on, but only if organically grown, non-wax coated , non-gmo apples. support local growers.
@@toodie535You can easily remove any wax coating by soaking apples in a basin with water & a couple reasons of baking soda. Wash apples by hand or use a vegetable brush. Rinse in clear water then towel dry the apples. They’re ready to slice, dice, or otherwise eat, cook, or bake. I do this with any apples I buy whether they are from local growers or the grocery store.
@@BackenlaraHow & when do you remove the parchment paper? Is there any issue with the crust bottom that needs to be addressed? I’d love to make this for thanksgiving. I have more than a few Granny Smith apples & a few gala apples if I need to add a few to make up more filling.
