Great reaction as always. 😃 About the other movies: MIB 2 is pretty good too, MIB 3 is probably the best in my opinion. MIB International you can just skip, it's nonsense.

at the end of the film when you thought there were 2 aliens, it was just the first one. When it got blown up it broke into 2, top and bottom. It was just the top half of the alien.
Honestly, we are dumb, stupid, panicky animals. This movie aged like fine wine.

And if we do see things that’re completely unknown to us, then we panic, do things that we regret later and then get ourselves targeted and kidnapped by the FBI and never see the daylight again.
Especially aliens.

Fun Fact: The sunglasses used by the Men in Black are the Ray-Ban "Predator 2" glasses. After the film's release, Ray-Ban reported that sales of these glasses tripled from $1.6 million to $5 million.
Method Actor Fact: Vincent D'Onofrio researched his role as Edgar by watching a lot of bug documentaries. In order to achieve his character's distinctive walk, he put on knee braces so he couldn't bend his legs, and taped up his ankles.
Legendary Jump Fact: When James (Will Smith) jumps from the overpass onto the tour bus, he jumps from Pershing Square Bridge, the same location where Robert Neville (also Smith) is attacked by the demon dogs after the sun goes down in I Am Legend (2007).
The special effects make-up work in this movie is top tier.
P.S. 17:07 - That cat is freaking adorable. I have myself a Snowshoe, and even found one for my brother and his wife to adopt.

YES, this is such a fun movie! Glad you enjoyed it! And like you, first time I saw this I also thought there was a second Bug toward the end. Took me a while to figure out it was his upper half crawling toward them. 😅
its hard to find many people who havent seen classics like these.... its fun seeing people react for the first time
I don't belive, that he saw the film the first time. He killed this, with his cockroach remark. There are way more than 300.000 types of bugs on the planet. With such an accuracy in predictions, he should gamble in the lottery...

LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! Such a great memory of my Mom and I going to see this at the theater when I was a teenager.
I had a slight obsession with Tommy Lee Jones, so this was a must see for me 😆
I always assumed that since they were in front of the MIB building, that K & J went in and got cleaned up.
Especially since K had decided to not flashy thing the Dr anymore, because she had proven herself cable of being a MIB/WIB when she helped kill the Bug. Her mentioning that she didn’t live around there would explain why she hadn’t changed yet.

Great review, this movie is such a classic. It's a great comfort film to just chill out with. The acting is great, the premise is great.

love your reaction videos! question you had, there wasn't a "second bug", when K shot his way out, he shot through the creature's abdomen, leaving two halves of it, and that second shot from the coroner was shooting the remaining thorax/head of the same creature. lol

This is one of my favorite sci-fi movies. Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones have such great on-screen chemistry.
As much as I really like the second and third ones, this first movie is my favorite in the trilogy.

I love Vincent D'onofrio's physical acting as Edgar the Bug. I always get a chuckle when he's parked outside the jewelry store and trying to 'act casual,' but his arms won't get with the program.
1 Edgar/Bug = Vincent D'onofrio played Gomer Pyle in "Full Metal Jacket".
2. Tommy Lee Jones' roommate in college was Al Gore.
3. Jones has claimed that he's never had a part that he didn't love and doesn't have a job.
Just a hobby that pays very well.🤑😁
4. "Congratulations Reggie........It' a squid".🤣
5. Having a weapon with a recoil like that defeats the purpose.
6. Tell me this wasn't a fun movie. I dare you.

I was my good buddies favorite movie as well. It always made him made that I never watched it. I kept saying "I'll check it out soon." Here we are 26 years later and I'm finally watching it. LOL.

These Movies are actually based on a series of comic books by Dark Horse. This is the 1st of a Trilogy, well actually there's another one called M.I.B. International. Hopefully you will watch them all and enjoy!😊👽

It's not connected to Dark Horse. It's based on a Marvel series by Lowell Cunningham.

MIB must be used to getting slimed on a regular basis, so I'm sure their advanced technology unit invented self-cleaning suits...and skin...and hair...lol Probably the same people who make seats in movie cars bulletproof.

The first movie is the best and the third one is good though not as good in my opinion. The second one is meh I guess and international is just terrible to the point I’ve actually blocked it out. Completely different cast so you can easily skip it.
MIB2 is kinda meh.
MIB3 is phenomenal.
MIB International is an abomination.
