Moving Beyond One's Comfort Zone

I shot this 5 minute video at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale in Kerala, India this past February. It's of a performance given by a theater workshop on Deconstructing Our Ritual Selves and Moving Beyond One's Comfort Zone. The teacher was the actor-director Margherita Marincola. The enthusiastic participants are having fun and sharing joy with their community, just as it should be. I shot it on iPhone 13 mini which was the only camera I had at the time.
