Black man!!!! And you are so passionate about it and you go the extra mile. We obviously don't know one another but I'm so proud of you. This shit makes me happy to see
I’ve recently just got iColor 560. I have only done t-shirts so far. The marrying process for the A & B heat transfers is a bit difficult to get right the first time but as long as you follow the manufacturers instructions you should be good. I’ve also done the split image feature on a few shirts and I believe it can only work well with certain designs that has a break somewhere in the middle. I’ve experience small gaps between the two sheets and it can be very noticeable. Its very difficult to match up the two split sheets seamlessly but I guess it’s something you need to practice with. I’m going to try making stickers next. Nice vid bro!
Bro, Tony from the UK, I've seen several white toner vids now, but you make it simple the way you explain the steps. Your the only one I've seen show so many things in one video like this. Brilliant bro thank you 😊👍👍
I watch your videos so much these last two weeks…proud to say I just purchased my 1st heat press off this 1st video of yours I watched…15 yrs in the making… my G you was motivation. Thanks.
This would be a lot of work if your printing by yourself. I’d time I how long it takes to make each shirt then see how many you could do in an hour. The print, press, peel, press again seems like it would take too long imo.
With all the issues with DTG and with all of the newer issues with DTF it’s amazing how people printers especially talked down white toner printers what I’d really like to see or feel is the hand of this to see what it actually feels like and as a previous commercial screen printer that would help solidify my choice

What he doesn't tell you is about the rastorization to make print stretchable so it doesn't crack or that he used knock me out black on the tales print
Everything looks good and sound good. When I do the math this process average about 10 shirts per hour. You gotta be at minimum 100-200 shirts per hour in the print industry printing on a manual press. Auto press 400-600 shirts per hour. These white toner printers depending on the stretch and wash test, could be good for a small home-based t-shirt brand type business. I have a request..could you do a stretch test for cracking and too see if the design pulls apart? Screen Printing, DTF, DTG, Sublimation, all will stretch without cracking when done correctly. My issue with white toner was the cracking when stretched. The washablity was good on the shirts I tested. I tested some samples about 4 years ago, I want too see if they improved on the flexibility of the toner inks. One other issue was the toner and A/B sheets coast. How many shirts can you design on one set of CYMKW toner cartridges? What would you have too charge per shirt after all opration and overhead coast too make money?.. is another question. Excellent video
It cracks easily. Toner is hard plastic and being put under a heat press makes it crack without much effort. Toner transfers will NEVER hold a candle to plastisol.

I have owned a white Toner for 5 months. I done my wash tests breaking ALL the rules and drying on HIGH heat. What I learned is that the instructions arent set in stone. If you know what you are doing you can get durable prints that can run with the big boys but you better have the RIGHT type of press and you must be willing to test a lot. Everything looks good after the press but what matters is how it holds up in the wash. There are people that have discovered what I discovered but I dont see anybody talking about it.....and honestly I dont blame them lol

I converted a color toner printer that I got for $300 to print white toner. I just had to take the black cartridge apart and clean it out and buy white toner and put it into the cartridge and put it back together. Hello. Looks great. Have you washed the tshirt yet? how does the print hold up?
The Oki white toner printers can directly print on some materials. Could you do a video testing if the icolor can directly print on Mylar bags?

Hi, great video. You used black t-shirts in this video, wanna know if can replicate this same process for a white t-shirt. Thanks a lot.
