You're videos are always helpful, but this one is above and beyond. I was already using Paste and consider it invaluable. I'm now configuring Hyperkey and Lasso, just for starters. Thank you!

Heads up for anyone running into issues, if you're unable to map the HyperKey for Things 3 when it is using shift, set a new shortcut first (I updated HyperKey to not include shift). Then try to record over the new task shortcut again, this time with the shift enabled in HyperKey.
In addition, if you're using a helper like Raycast (or Alfred I assume) you can set up a ton of extra stuff with HyperKey. You don't need Lasso or Rectangle or any of the other apps since Window Management is built into Raycast. Lots of fun stuff here.

OK you confused the hell out of me on how to record the shortcut keys for Lasso! I have Hyperkey installed but when I click record shortcut the keys doesn't show in Lasso.
How doers this app work?

Yeah its a tweak of minimal. I’m still working on it but I’ll release along side my obsidian video.
• Tot (by Icon Factory) is incredibly simple yet incredibly wonderful.
• JustFocus - a pomodoro type timer that forces me to take breaks.
What color is your watch strap ?
Hyperkey not stand-alone? Maybe this v0.22 (22) not working right...great idea though!
Must-have apps for me are:
- Yabai
- SKHD
- Karabiner
- Raycast
- iTerm2
- then got a whole suite of command line tools but they’re really focused into developer space

I find the background music annoying. Excellent content aside from that!
Caps Lock changes keyboard languages in 2023. Completely useless for our mono language friends. Game changer for everyone else.
I use the caps lock key 24/7 as I’m typing. Always have a finger near it
