Nice, when can we expect an SE version at 1/4 the Price ? 😜
😂
Right!
Exactly! I was well up for this until I saw the price. 😢
Love this comment! (From a guy who owns all core models)
@@blindsleep who does?
I was waiting for Bryan Ewald to show us the demo of how to use the backpack 😂.
😂
This!
£220 for a backpack? Tell him he’s dreamin'!
Backpacks from Oakley and other companies similar to this are going for $200-$240 so pricing is in line with the competition.
That is so, but you’d be crazy to pay that much just for the logo.
But if you can get it for half price, it's a bargain...?
$220? Oh,It must be a 10 Top
Does it come in a cotton library model or private silk?
I’d like to hear how the midrange tone of that zipper cuts through a mix. I find it’s best to have just on the edge of breakup.
So a camera bag, but targeted towards gigging musicians? Neat idea.
That bird stitching on the front flap is a very expensive process. They infuse the thread with toan. You should see their thread library. Bobbins and bobbins of the stuff. All filled with AAAA graded toan!
😂😂😂
Lol😂
Awesome!
Nice to see downtown Annapolis!
Cool!!!
How about a multi-fit case that actually fits S2 and SE guitars like it claims to?
Great song
Adter i saw the price, i just decided to put a PRS sticker on my current backpack.
It's a nice bag, but I'm gonna have to wait for the SE version...
Hoping these are going to be available in the UK!
They are!
@@prsguitars but the calender not
Nice backpack, a bit expensive, but misses the mark. I have a few PRS gig bags, but end up putting my PRS guitars in a Gator gig bag when out and about. The front pocket is large enough for music, cables, metronome and my 12.9" iPad pro. There is a smaller pocket in front of the larger pocket, which is fine for a metronome, my digital recorder, ... . There is a small pocket on the neck for a spare string set, picks, ... . There is a carrying handle. The material is fairly heavy, so my guitars are well protected. It has well padded backpack straps, so I can carry my guitar on my back keeping my hands free. I think I paid $150 for it.
will it fit a Pod Go 🤔
I need one NOW!
Can I get a Private Stock version?
Can fit in 12" cab
beautiful song. should have added an amp in the go-bag. cheers . joe
It's very nice, but the price sounds a bit steep for something that's probably made overseas. At $220.00 is it lined with gold?
Good backpacks aren't cheap. Haven't seen this one, so can't rate it, but I'm guessing it's meant to compare to stuff on GruvGear and Mono.
I have a good one, and it didn't cost anywhere near the price of this one. You are more likely paying for the PRS name on it. It's kinda like the cost of luxury car parts. @@Scott__C
Ouch. I was expecting 150-160 for the pack. As mentioned - good backpacks aren't cheap - but even then. 🫠
Still looks Quality - just not enough for my pocketbook.
@@LumaTo I have one from GruvGear from a few years ago. Mono and I think D'addario make them too.
It's probably $100 for the basic back pack and $120 for the PRS name on it. @@LumaTo
Milwaukee packout is cheaper, goes on sale often. I’m sure it’s better made too. Zippers on the PRS bag look kinda meh. Zippers on packout can take a small lock.
Will it improve my tone? You know, like tuning head material does.....
Its the overall weight not the material. Like grovers vs kluson
Nice bag but i wouldn't spend €220 on it. Now if there was an SE version for €60 i would get it 🙂
It's a bag....an expensive bag. Have PRS hired marketing people from Gibson?
If it's made as it appears to be, it looks to compare to backpacks from mono and gruvgear.
They're making some stupid ass decisions that's for sure
It’s just an expensive backpack.
Paul never sits still, does he?
Gotta strike while the irons hot! I doubt it'll happen, but there's always a chance a new company will come along and make his brand irrelevant and guitarists will be chasing a different tone.
Gotta make all the money he can while he can!
@@nuthinbutlove People said that about Gibson and Fender before and they're still going.
@@Scott__C if you read the entire comment you'll notice I also said .. "I doubt it will happen"
@@nuthinbutlove I did, I just also meant that they're so big now and entrenched, it'd be tough to dethrone the three of them.
CC Brewing? That's Second Hand News...
This is a completely unnecessary purchase for me.
How much?
£220!
So, it's a $40 backpack from AliExpress but 5 times more expensive? Cool.
With that weight the fat stripes just make you sweat in summer heat, rather have the guitar on my back not this heavy case in hand one side overloaded
I'm starting to think Paul is losing his mind ..
Yeah this is seriously lame. The tuning peg thing was bad enough. This is just blatantly bad.
Seems very desperate of PRS to add a backpack to their product line. Disappointed.
PRS embracing Apple logic. Suckers and PRS shills will eat it up.
$220USD? What clown is paying that? Go get yourself a 5.11 pack or any generic "tactical" bag, with even more pockets, for half the price...
Lol uhhhh😂. No.
I have been a French PRS fan for over 12 years... your prices have increased considerably in recent years, I tell myself that a real PRS remains a totally American guitar... so why not... but here the backpack for $220... Your instruments and products are no longer aimed at real musicians, but at senior executives who play the "game of being a musician" for a few hours on the weekend. Really disappointing, but I sincerely hope it still works for you.
