It's not impossible to do when you are cued up and ready to engage with a pre-emptive strike. The scenario changes a bit when the predator(s) across from you is in attack mode and you are trying to catch up.

I prefer tiger claw, the impact from palm heel is the primary, attacking the eyes are secondary.

All true. Even if the attackers eyes are closed and reflexively moves his head back, repeated tiger claws and chin jabs will be sufficient especially when full body weight moving forward is added to the equation.
