Some spoilers below on what this pack really is about:
This pack is about deleting entire objects from existence with the NOT property, so BABA IS NOT = BABA is deleted from every level. It can be restored with "BABA IS NOT NOT". The meta overworld design is also incredible with levels having many solutions, although it gets tedious sometimes.

It’s actually an extension pack that creates a ‘not’ (a reverse thing) that has invalid data (as a command) meaning Baba is ‘not’ will make baba the value ‘not’ which is invalid where the game get confusing and deleted the baba
@@penguincute3564 I think the actual programming should be way simpler: there’s an additional state in the save that tracks how many objects were “deleted”, and each time a level loads, these “deleted” ones get deleted from the screen (but not from level’s blueprint) and all words naming these are _shown_ as fuzzy “NOT [FOUND]” text of the appropriate color, but remain the same. So the objects can then be “undeleted” because nothing was actually corrupted. The real corruption would likely be unrecoverable. The message box from “Lua” is most likely also a specially-coded one.

All Stars and MARIO are a reference to SiIvaGunner, who where inspired by the fact that on March 31st the 3D Mario All Stars game was discontinued to make an April Fool's event, which was themed around Mario being completely removed without a trace, both having all existing Mario content privated and all new content being of mario games but with his name covered or removed
I think "Goodbye to a world" is also a refernce to another SilvaGunner event

Wow, this is an impressively well-constructed level pack. I've been watching more of your cursed pack showcases lately, so to see one that actually has interesting and coherent level design is refreshing.
The NOT property gave me the same chills as the introduction of LEVEL in vanilla, yet it was still used in similarly complex and interesting ways even after. The mechanic felt fully explored by the end, which is really satisfying.
I'm also impressed that the game never softlocks (well, outside of the intended one!)
i'm playing a new baba pack by the same creator as this that recently released that is basically 'baba is you with permanent upgrades' and it's also really great :)

All throughout trying to solve level 6, I figured you could do it with a "PILLAR not near BOG is NOT" rule, to preserve the PILLAR at the start (since it's near a BOG and therefore won't get voided) while voiding the PILLAR blocking the WIN condition.
EDIT: Then again, I forgot about the space restriction in DONKEY KONG JR. and what you did was just as genius.

1: Baba Is You creator put that pack together to showcase even more unused levels that they thought were lost, I think. I realized it made for boring content.
2: Small levelpack of hard but elegant levels. I did not complete it, I have like 45 minutes of footage though
3: Classic very hard, no custom mods or keywords, but it's more meta-styled worlds like the ending of baba is you, but harder. I have not gotten very far in this pack

The first level you can no longer sink the level text due to the grass not being there
You have to push flowers to the bottom of the level, move the FENCE and IS text over them, and then make the flowers SINK. Then build NOT FRUIT/WATER IS NOT STOP.
The rules in level 3 were also changed to break alternators and I have no idea how to solve it.

That was part of the solution for that one level with the crystals and the rock.
Basically, when X is "Not" (the property), all object instances of X become Empty, and all text instaces of X becomes {Not} (the weird creepy "NOT" text).
While {Not} cannot be used to write a rule that affects the world (due to the object that it's associated with literally not existing at the moment-bar only {Not} Is Not [Not]), it still parses, and so can be used as a blank connector of sorts.
By making "Rock Is [Not]", it prevents "Bat Is Rock" from being made when pushing up the text (now existing as {Not}) through the narrow space.
