This is how broken the UK job market is. How on earth do you get experience especially that specialised for a entry / graduate job. I'm stuck with trying to get into a trainee scientist role. The case with me sadly is no lab wants to train people rather just want registered trained scientist which just makes it near impossible. Now just thinking of moving other to finance as there's more jobs out there for graduates / entry
i have little to no experience and finished vocational school as electrician student i am not sure how much familiar you are with visas but my goal is to find a job in germany to get a working visa which is a permit that lets you stay over 90 days my question is what can i do to improve my chances to get a job as it has lately become very urgent for me

What I'd say is try volunteering in a company/firm and help build up experience. With me for example when I started going college I started volunteering in my local hospital. After 5 years and finishing university and job searching I managed to get a job in there which I'm sure was thanks to that volunteering. It's sadly not what I studied in but helped me get a job in the meantime. Before I got this hospital job I managed to get volunteering experience in a local estate agent then after a mortgage broker. What helped me get into these places was by physically going to the place well dressed and telling them im looking to get experience in this field. I'm starting to look at moving from my science background to accounting now due to the little graduate jobs in this field

Yes you can just look for roles that say you don’t need experience and that they offer training, I’ve seen lots of hotel jobs offer this such as housekeeping roles and assistant roles as well as retail jobs

i gave up. graduated from a good college in town with finance degree. Been applying for 200 companies and no one let me in. im hopeless
