FYI BGC is not the only modern place in Metro Manila there is Makati, Ortigas Center, Eastwood, Manila Entertainment, Aseana City, Newport City, Filinvest City, Vertis North, Mckinley Hills, Bridgetown, Arcovia City, Eton Centris and Circulo Verde.
I just don't get it. Why wear mask outdoors when they can clearly do social distancing. We're going to the Philippines next year and this bothers me. I've been wearing N95 for the past 2 years due to PPE protocols at work, but we're no longer compulsory to wear them in public places both indoor and outdoor settings.
Buddy this is our country ,we deal things in our own way ,it's very expensive to put poor family in the hospital ,assuming your white in a first world country ,your not the center of the world to be following what you want because you said so

Its not compulsory to wear mask out door since sept. 13 except indoor it happened that people used to it wearing mask
