Thanks for watching, happy to know! and yes we are planning on more vlog type of videos where we talk more but it still has the nice walking tour parts 😄
I won't be surprised if insects want to live there. It's their original habitat in the first place i used to live near the 21st Street. What a cool place to be living with. When I come home I'll be staying there.
@@cube21k if you listen to parts of the video, you can hear the loud insect sounds, especially when walking near trees. Very common in rainforests or anywhere with a lot of trees in equatorial tropical regions
Yes that's Manila Philippines many people are shocked because they believe in the toxic propaganda of western media only focuses on the negatives side of The Philippines. I just laugh at their bull crap because I have seen this other beautiful side of The Philippines and Filipino people treating me with King style hospitality since 2008 when I was travelling around the world and flew from London to Manila for the very 1st time 😎🙌👌
Way back 10 years ago.. there are only 2 to 3 buildings standing in that area! It's so epic how Manila is Changing it's colors too fast. I also super surprised that there are already a lot of modern districts being constructed at the vicinity of Marikina which is floody and full of slums before.
It is pretty crazy to see how fast it`s changing! Many of these building were not here the last time I visited the Philippines, and that was only a few years ago -Josh
6:50 Potato corner now in London? that is good. You should film it and do a london walking tour, especially Earls court since there are lots of FIlipino areas
@@monkedonke its because the UK has such strict laws on the amount of sugar in stuff & processed food. But I assume potato corner should taste similar? Hopefully we get a review of it😁
Yeah I hope so, its a relatively new city so it should get better and better over time😊 I also really like the Entertainment City in Parañaque, got lots of potential
Applying current market rates, since the average rent level in BGC is at Php 800 per sq. m. (there are not many buildings in BGC that are fully leased out at a higher price than this if any), the cap rate for Php 170,000 per sq. m.

Angie is Hungarian and this was her first time in the Philippines :) We live in the UK atm but we will hopefully go back to the Philippines in 2023 if we can get can enough subscribers :) Thanks for commenting!
Also, you dont really need to wear it everywhere, but in many asian countries such as the Philippines, it has always been normal to wear facemasks. For example, when I went to school there, if someone had a cold, it is best to wear a facemask so you can cough etc and not spread it to others. Also we wear facemasks a lot in manila when the Volcano has an eruption

Why the people still wearing masks? Still mandatory?
Just a precautionary measure cause there are some didn't take vaccination.
