I have being to Yerevan twice now, and wanting to move there with my partner, but last time I checked, the apartments were skyrocketing too much and too fast. To get a decent one bedroom apartment (outside Yerevan), you should consider paying not less than 800$/month. It is very unfortunate. And THAT brown colour that is plaguing the furniture everywhere you search is incredible. 🙄
Loved this Video Patil, intresting to see the back streets of Yerevan, it was also intresting to.know your experience when renting an apartment, keep up the amazing work ❤
Thank you so much haha I think next time I'll aim for something smaller, just a bit newer. It's tricky with all the prices rising. But yes, the balcony was definitly worth it with that view
Admire your pace. Great video. It would be great to meet you for coffee, if i can get the timimg right. I would need help renting a modern studio for about 3 months. Any recommendations,
hahaha honestly I did! I would be laying in bed and would hear a sound and jump and make sure my blanket was over me. Many nights I ended up sleeping in the living room on the pull out couch
ohhhh interesting!!! Actually I haven't thought about that but since you mentioned, many nights, I ended up setting up and sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room. It felt more private haha

Armenian real estate is truly hell
It seems like the living room and bedroom should be swapped.
