I had the opportunity to spend a few days in a village called Bjni and stayed with a lovely agricultural family. I learned about how they live off the land and even celebrated my host's birthday with his family while attempting to overcome language barriers and connect with this wonderful Armenian family.

ABOUT ME:
In 2013, I started my solo travel journey, leaving Indonesia in 2016 to become a full-time traveller and UA-cam creator. My background in International Relations has fueled a profound interest in exploring different countries. My content focuses on exploring different cultures through the lens of a solo female traveller, aiming to capture real-life interactions and experiences.
My travels kicked off with a five-month trip across Asia, after which I moved to China in January 2017 to work as an English teacher-my first time living abroad. I left China in 2018 to fully commit to creating videos on UA-cam, where I share my travels and the cultures I encounter.
Living nomadically since 2016, I settled in England in early 2022 after marrying my British husband, David. Now based in the UK, I continue to travel and share my adventures on UA-cam.

Armenia is my favourite country so far in this Caucasian series. Love and respect to the Matriarch of the family who has such a loving heart and wish only good health and prosperity to the entire family. There are a few Armenian churches in cities like Kolkata, Mumbai and south of the country and still a small community of them are still in the country even today and well known for their trade and finance skills. Unfortunately, at the time of this video, Armenia and Artsakh were dealing with difficult times. Azerbaijan has been busy starving 120000 Armenians for 10 months, until they finally bombed their homes and forced Artsakh to give up. This has led to mass exodus out of their homeland.
Even now future is uncertain with aggressive neighbors to the east and west.

I grew up in Soviet Armenia and my smal city Charencavan is 6 km away this village Beni, and this village is our picnic place we walk there and by a food from this village people like lavas , Cheese, yogurt, eggs, all natural and homemade, most time they just give us free , so everyone should visit Armenia, it’s a beautiful and unique , you can knock to anybody’s house door they will invite you.and it’s safe family oriented country, People can’t walk outside until late night. I’m never worried.
