Thanks Chris! Fun fact: all the edits are done live during 1 take 👀 I use keyboard shortcuts in OBS with a Move Source plugin to make things zoom and flow in and out as I go along. My post-reaction edit time is now down to 10 seconds just to trim the start and end of the clip then boom: upload time. Highly recommend!
