Return Trip is played in the key of B Minor and it's riffs primarily utilize elements from the B Blues Scale {R, b3, p4, b5, p5, b7} and the B Phrygian Dominant Scale {R, b2, M3, p4, p5, b6, b7} along with some occasional chromaticism.

I highly recommend setting up an oscilloscope app and checking out what the waveforms look like.

The Behringer SF300 (Boss FZ-2) and the HM300 (Boss HM-2) are definitely my favourite acquisitions - in terms of enjoyment and value for money at least.

Luckily I've owned this Behringer pedal for close to ten years. I probably have two dozen fuzz pedals(I really like the ones that'll get you one octave below & one octave high).
it's funny because my favorite fuzz pedals is my second generation "Big Muff"(a gift when my friend's father died),The Orange Behringer, and for some strange reason I really love the "Joyo Acetone".To be honest I use the"Behringer"the most(I think it's the most versatile).

I have the Epiphone Tony Iommi SG, the previous owner put some great pick ups in it. Not sure what they are, but the guitar is a beast.
Nice. I had one of the original Iommi Epiphone guitars and was not a fan of the pickups either.
@@DoesItDoom I never got to hear them for myself! The guy put some kinda stock pick ups from another guitar in them, but they sound great. I believe they were Duncan clones. I recently upgraded the bridge pick up with a super distortion, it's killer. Probably going to do the same with every guitar I own haha

I ordered the Super Fuzz in November, and I just got it today. It only took so long because I refused to pay more than $30. It gave me time to play with the Behringer T808 clone (another dead on clone). At least if we end up on lock down again my neighbors will know I'm still alive, ha ha.
Hi, do you think that Elixir baritone set would be too much tension for B on Gibson scale? It consist of 12-68. Seems that opinions vary a lot. Thanks.
It would be a bit much for me. I use 13-65 in A Standard on a Gibson 24.75” scale, but I tune that up to B sometimes. For B I prefer something in the range of 12-60.

Hey Steve, is the neck pitch on that old korean g400 more angled than the current epiphones? It almost looks like a gibson neck pitch. I saw a 1992 MIK g400, for only 300, but I passed. MIK's are getting more pricier. I paid less than 250 for both of my MIK's same time last year. I collect korean made guitars lol. I have 2 MIK Squier Pro Tones from 96 and 97, 2 g400's, one faded cherry, and one gothic. And 2 LP's that I dont want to name yet, so the prices wont go up lol
My first Pro Tone is what made me fall in love with Korean craftsmanship. I got lucky with it. It's actually the guitar I'm holding in my cartoon avatar lol
Wait, i just got another MIK super strat from the same designer I dont want to name, yet lol it is a 2002 closet guitar. The guy bought it, and never played it, so it's damn-near brand new. Killer guitar
I’m not sure on the neck pitch tbh. But both of these early 90’s MIK G400’s I’ve owned have played amazing. My ‘96 MIK BB King Lucille is an incredible player as well (though it needed a fret dress).

There are others, but they carry a much higher price tag. Fuzzlord FU-2, Magic Pedals / Dunwich Amps Witchfinder, Hiero FX Phatoum.

A 29 dollar pedal going for close to 80 now. Looking at the jhs supreme. Think it would sound closer to the recording.
You can find the Behringer new. Just have to wait. A batch of them went out a couple weeks ago.
Sweetwater has stock today, Aug 13th. When I ordered mine last year, they expected 5 weeks but it showed up in 5 days. It’s spotty, but Behringer keeps cranking them out.

Yeah, this is the SF300 running into the latest firmware on the Two Notes CAB M+, using their built in preamp sim, power amp sim, and cab/mic IR response. The preamp section is modeled after a Silverface ‘74 Bassman and is extremely clean sounding. I’ve always found that the Hyperfuzz / Superfuzz seems to do well running though the clean setting of almost any amp. I’ll post a screenshot of the CAB M+ settings from the video sometime this weekend.

N. Masot I would guess not. They are 8.2kohn ish. Likely alnico mag. But with the hyperfuzz circuit most everything sound similar.

Learning solos note for note is pretty time consuming. Not practical for how frequently I like to put out lesson videos. Most of Jus’s solos are just blues / natural minor scales in the key of the song.
