Had me until the sugar on the espresso puck, that was completely made up and false and not what a Cuban coffee is whatsoever, some gringo on UA-cam got duped and then the lie spread over the Internet. I also think that it messes with the extraction, it always ends up tasting way more sour. It can also mess with your machine if you have a 3 way solenoid. Wish that trend would die, it looks good for social media but sucks in practice.
