Mediterranean bowl! Marinated steak cubes (I use sirloin) in kebab seasoning (I really like the Sadaf brand) barbecued for just about 8minutes, placed on top of jasmine rice, tzatziki yogurt, and diced cucumbers. It’s also amazing on pita or lavash. Seriously so good.
I do a mixture of jasmine rice with cooked cauliflower rice. Maybe 1/3 cup of jasmine rice with half a cup to 2/3 cooked cauliflower rice. I love it because it feels like I am enjoying more real rice than I actually am.
Maybe I should try that... I am over cauliflower at this point

On my plan, I have brown rice and whole other grains like quinoa and sorghum for 0 points. Just to get more veggies in, though, I will mix the cauliflower rice with my grains when I make bowls. We did burrito bowls last night. So good.

Nikki, I know you have an e cookbook, and I have it and love it, but you really should consider doing a hardcover type cookbook. I watch Jen Chapen, and she did a cookbook and sold it on Amazon, which of course I purchased. Anyone on WW or just counting calories would love it!

Mixing real rice with cauliflower rice can give you a rather large base plus more veggies for points
Yes! I love to do this too especially with the sweet potato/cauliflower riced veggie blend! So smart!

I love bowls. I will throw in whatever I have. For my veggie mix, I love roasting a big sheet pan or two of veggies at the beginning of the week. This Sunday, I did onions, bell peppers, asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, and eggplant. I use a tablespoon of olive oil for the whole pan. It ends up being less than a teaspoon per serving. I just count it as a teaspoon. They have so much flavor from being roasted. I even added it to a leftover potato and egg scramble, and it was super good.
Nikki with the grape tomatoes, have you ever tried the hack where you turn a small plate upside down, put the tomatoes on it, put another plate on top of the tomatoes, and then put the knife through, slicing all of them in one swoop?
these are awesome, thank you! my guy and i love bowls, we just don't know how to track points. and we add the premade lentils from trader joes and other beans a lot. you don't seem to use them often so maybe they have a lot of points. i'm a vegetarian so i have to work protein in in other ways.
total side note, what color is your hair? it's gorgeous and looks great on you!

It looks like she puts the sauces in a plastic ziplock and cuts off the tip (like an icing piping bag). I’m definitely going to start doing this!!

I just signed up for WW today and was shocked by how many points restaurant foods are. I specifically looked up Chick-fil-A, but like all kinds of foods. I usually only eat at a restaurant once a week at the most. How do you handle eating out using WW? I only have 21 points per day.
Do you still get points back for eating veggies? I’ve been away from WW for awhile and just started again
You have such great recipes - but you seem to eat of a lot of points... how many points do you get per day now with the new Personal Pts? Mine went way down, but my 0 pts are what I eat most, so = I guess. But your meals seem to be higher pts than I get.

Depends on the day! I usually average around 30 points a day because I get 26 dailies and then spread my weeklies out into each day!
Deli corned beef is WAY lower then the fresh corned beef. I thunk lower then he bacon you show as well
