Beautiful documentation and lovely showcase of the dynamic relationship between social causes and photography. I'm from Minneapolis and lived 10 minutes away from where G.F. was killed so it's always incredible to see the global reach of the movement, even now.

I have been watching many of your videos recently. Love your portraits work but you are great at reportage also and 6:15 is a masterpiece ! It's beautiful, it's strong, 3D effect is insane and I feel I'm in the scene. Hope to see more reportage in 6x7 in the future !

Some awesome photographs in this, really cool! They also kinda make me regret not buying a Pentax 67 when they were still cheaper! As for shooting digital in between, if that’s what it takes, it’s what there is! I don’t understand why people make such a big deal out of these technical details. I shoot 100% film, but that’s mainly out of habit and because it suits my workflow and style so much better.

Barney, I'm a street photographer. Like you, I shoot film and digital, rangefinders for film and Fujifilm for digital. I've never shot medium format but the photos you made with your Pentax make me want to buy one. I'm seriously considering the Fujifilm GFX for studio work in 2021 but I tell you, you captured some iconic photos on film. Great job and keep it up. #BlackLivesMatter

Fanatstic photo's, especially the big group shot. Is it just me or does the side by side comparison of the film and digital (A7iii) images look like they should be the other way around? Seriously the one labelled A7iii seems to have more noise (or grain?) whereas the film one looks so clean, shows how much I know lol. In any case you have inspired me to seriously consider going to the second BLM protest in Sydney (Australia) next week, maybe I will get a shot of them toppling a few monsters statues lol.
Some very good images you have here. I must admit, I do prefer the film over the digital images, and I'm not just saying that because I'm a 100% film shooter, they looked better. Keep up the good work!
