I drove a County elderly/handicap bus in N.J. and developmentally disabled people from vocational rehab and I listened to Howard in the spring/summer of 1985 and laughed their heads off happy the whole way home because of Howard's radio show at WNBC New York!

in a way, i feel bad for howard....he is/was deserving of TV and being king of all media, however he was ahead of his time. If he started in 2015 he could have really set the world on fire-much more than 30 years ago. he was ahead of his time
I remember a few years ago Howard saying that going on Larry King was useless because he only sold 400 tapes right after. I wonder if he was referring to this interview.
What a crazy thing that you had to order a VHS tape on the phone and wait for it to be mailed to you like for 2 months before it arrived... instead of just instantly streaming the thing... not even being able to order the tape/disc online, but having to call.
People born after 2000 typically say Rogan is the best to ever do it and I blame Howard’s transition. He’s too square now. I get that he has to pivot as he’s the rich guy now but he’s changed everything offensive about his show. I find that to be the most offensive thing he could have possibly done
Bahahaha The time period when HS/HSS was actually funny and entertaining. How sad that HS has devolved into such a silly old man growing both tiresome, exhausting and self-serving and worst of all unfunny and unentertaining.................
