    ingredients
    For the Potato Pastry:
    350g mashed potatoes, cooled (ensure they're plain, with no added milk or butter)
    200g all-purpose/plain flour, plus extra for dusting
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    70g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
    2-4 tablespoons cold water if required
    For the Apple Filling:
    6 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced (a mix of Granny Smith and Honeycrisp is good for flavor and texture)
    -4 sweet eating apples cubed
    1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Mixed spice
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp coriander
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake 25 mins
    Air fryer 360°F (180°C). Bake 22 mins
