Lars, I have Carveco rather than and Fusion, I think Carveco is much easier to program (or for me and I am not a software engineer either). Although I appreciate your jig method, I have found a much more simple way to cut out the faces. Last holiday season, I cut out several Halloween and Christmas lanterns and the way I found to cut several in one set up was as follows: First, I ran one side through my planer and got a uniform thickness, next I ripped to equal widths on the table saw and used blue tape and glue to attach to my spoil board. I set up in carveco 4 or 5 boards and copied the faces on my model that included the total number of pickets all cut to 5.1" by 24" laid side by side. My only limitation is the size of my work area. Probe from the bottom and hit go. (Elite Journeyman). I recall that you were going to make your face files available, still waiting for that. Mine are not a good as yours.

Nice. Send an email to we3craftycreations@gmail.com for the faces. I am still getting a site set up, but I can get you a pricing list.
