This law applies to law firms! Great video. Big firms tend to place a high value on seniority, not performance. With technology, younger lawyers can easily leave (after usually trying to change the culture) and produce somewhere else.
LOVE your videos!!!!! Definately run your Network Marketing around production - any company by the way!!! I failed do that in an earlier company I had!!! Found out I was the only person actually produced - the rest was run by politics!!!! So I provided the rest with income, untill I was completely worn out - and could not provide every one with income - and my private economy went complety down - me left with sky high debt - my fault!!! But scared me to death - Thank's Orrin - Art. LOVE to you.
I would:
1. Pay off all my debts
2. Take care of the future needs of my family
3. Contribute to a few worthy causes.

You bet Kevin. The FLD apply to any corporation, church, or community. Without a scoreboard, Sturgeon's Law leads to the wrong people in leadership which leads to Bastiat's Laws where political operators exploit the producers which leads to Gresham's Law where the producers leave. :) Have a great one! thanks, Orrin
