That's the terrible reality in high crime areas. That's why there's such a concentration of police and arrests in places like that. Here in NYC, a little girl watched her dad get shot down in a drive-by. Our mayor took away a huge chunk of police funding and disbanded our anti-crime unit. Places like NYC and Baltimore can't afford to lose what little protection we have left.

They need help in their communities. If your not going to increase the budget to help the people live better lives then defunding the police department is a way to put money into the neighborhoods.
