📋 INGREDIENTS:
Guacamole dip:
2 avocados
1 jalapeño, finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tomato flakes
1 teaspoon parsley, dried
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika, sweet
1 teaspoon caraway, ground
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp turmeric
Salad:
Iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced
3 cherry tomatoes, diced
Lemon juice (to taste)
Meat:
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Olive oil (for frying)
500 g (1.1 pounds) ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander, ground
1/2 tsp caraway seeds, ground
1 tsp paprika, sweet
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato paste (30 ml)
Cheddar cheese, grated (to taste)
Side dish: tacos
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes in a fan oven

Love the way you set out all your spices to combine. Very pretty And, of course, I love the wood - all the pretty natural shaped bowls. 🥰 I need to look for the tomato paste in a tube. So nice for using in small amounts. I've only had it in very small cans, but that is often way to much, so you don't use it all easily. I LOVE tacos at home! I make great guacamole, but I'm looking forward to trying this spice mix, and I've never used it that way for the tacos (spreading all the inside). I like that! Whenever all the family get together for a few days, my first choice meal "to keep it simple" is smorgasbord tacos. Do we ever keep most of the meals simple to ease the stress? Nooooo, but at least we SAY we plan to. ☺
