I don't know the of the props could come apart from a failure due to a strike, but if there is any chance of it, why not extend the props above the pilot's head/body? Why are they always inline? Would rather each ne a twin as well just in case.
What I don't understand, is the kind of person who does not see the silliness of this design/concept. Spinning blades, inline with the body, spinning at tremendous speeds?
All this type of thing is a stunt. no one will ever be allowed to go to work in one. Plus the distance it could travel will be low. Plus, have you seen the idiots on the roads? This would certainly be a good case of Darwanism. Lastly, wot no redundancy? Good luck with that one.
Always good having propellers spinning level with your body, a Final Destination scene waiting to happen.
Can you imagine people who drive cars flying these things. Good way to sort out the survival of only the fittest.
It looks like it will make a good hovercraft...
That's about all the batteries could handle, lol.
Yep

They need to adopt some of the new propeller designs that are far more efficient.
What is plan B? Autorotation is not going to work.
Oh goody, another human-food processor. Only those with a Deathwish would ever get on board!

Doubles up as a meat mincer
It took all of the battery power just to lift a person off the ground. It probably can't travel that far.
*DOES NOT LOOK VERY STABLE IN A HOVER*
