I think these guys did a great cover of Randy Travis' song especially with Tim taking the lead. What I love about Home Free is how respectful they are of the original song without adding unnecessary things. No theatrics or bass drops. Just beautiful singing & harmonies with Adam adding his special touch. I thought it was cute when Tim sung about hair turning grey & he looked up at his own hair.
Such a sweet song. I think you looked away just when Tim was singing the part about his wife’s gray hair and Tim looked up at his own gray hair….hahaha! Tim was perfect for this Randy Travis song. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with copywrites. Sucks. Good one!
I love men with deep baritone and bass voices. I like tenors, too, but there's just something about the deep voices. My paternal grandfather used to sing in a religious quartet, but I never got to hear him. I actually didn't even know about it until the remaining three sang at his funeral. I was only 9 when he died and they weren't recorded, so I'll never know how he sounded. I love the a capella, too. Do you like opera? Check out Maxwell Thorpe on BGT
I think you'd really enjoy "My Church Live" - the live videos of their performances are often quite different from the studio versions: ua-cam.com/video/SipyjRfyz_U/v-deo.htmlsi=qpA5EL7GCAwA6Bnp. This one segues into "Children Go Where I Send Thee". Love from a Canadian subscriber. This is Remembrance Day in Canada - deepest respect to those who serve or have served their country.
This is an awesome cover. Home Free has done it again. Love your reaction!
Randy Travis was the MAN back in the day

Have you tried “Honey I’m Good “ or “My Church”? For Christmas: “Do You Hear What I Hear “ and “Snowglobe”.
