Things to keep in mind:
1. You can always boil the herbs, strain the water, then add that to your bath to still get the benefits of the herbs with less clean up time. I like to add them directly in the bath because I love the feeling of them in the tub and I don’t mind the extra clean up time!
2. If you can, put your whole body under the water at one point to fully cleanse yourself.

•tea tree oil, lemon oil
•rosemary
•goddess spray

It is always good to cleanse show first get the negativity off first then set your bath. I like bowling my herbs first then adding flowers. Just be careful all the herbs don’t mess up your tub. That’s a gorgeous bath.
