I grow a lot myself, but I would suggest Mountain Rose Herbs, Pacific Botanicals or check to see if there are any local herb shops. You can also sometimes find herbs like lavender or rose petals at ethnic grocery stores or natural food shops
Love the video is very informative, but flourite should never be put in water with you it's toxic. "Fluorine is a relatively soluble and highly reactive found within fluorite. Exposure to the chemical can lead to a severe bone disease called skeletal fluorosis, which weakens bones."
Fluorite does contain fluorine (which is some nasty stuff) but when fluorine is bonded with calcium, it has entirely different properties and does not inherently carry the risks of elemental fluorine.
