U can file a case where u live no matter in which part the other party lives..
I don't know exactly about the first part..but maybe the parcel that u received there should be address of sender..u can send notice to that particular adress

آپ کی اس اس ویڈیو میں consumer court کے بارے میں بہت ہی اچھی معلومات ملی ہے . لیکن میرا ایک سوال ہے یہ جو جو کہ کارگو سروس ہوتی ہے ہے جب آپ کوئی سامان ان سے سے کار گو کرواتے ہیں اور وہ damage ہو جائے آئے تو کیا کنزیومر کورٹ میں رجوع کر سکتے ہیں۔میں نے ابھی 15 دن پہلے پہلے سولر پینل ل منگوائے تھے تھے پانچ عدد جس میں سے دو ڈیمج ہیں میں نے ان سے بات کی تو وہ بولتے ہیں کہ جو شیشہ ہوتا ہے اس کی کوئی کلیم نہیں ہوتا ۔ ایک سولر پینل 20000 کی ہے پلیز اس بارے میں رہنمائی فرما دے۔ شکریہ

Detection bill overbill k maslay hal hojatay waha se aur wo b free me. Spread this mdg to everyone. jazakAllah
That is good suggestion..but a friend of mine had complaint against BISP...on federal ombudsman part, complaint was resolved(like citizen portal) but on ground issue was not resolved.
But still better option
1) is the process same for consumer courts in Islamabad?
2) what are the documents that through lawyer I need to arrange; if you can share the details here regarding the details of document
Procedure is same including Islamabad..u can file case in rwp. also..u have to arrange purchase slip, sending and delivery proof of legal notice alongwith legal notice sent copy..

Dear Bro. i am from Multan and my problem is that every month the SNGPL(Sui gas provider company in Punjab) send us bills in time but this month they don't send us the bills when i checked it form website then its due date was left. This problem is faced by all our Mohallah what should we do in this situation. whether we just remain silent and pay a fine for what made wrong by the sngpl or file an application in the consumer court plz advise.
Brother give them a reminder and give collective application from atleat 20 members having connections of ur Mohallah..if same is repeated then u should go through legal forum..coz consumer court says that if ur loss is less than 10k then get a chance to do settlement by own..I know they get revenue by collecting fines..but u have to prove collective damages of Mohallah in case of filing case

kal ek shopkeeper ko ek product return krny gye... us ny badtmeezi ki, slip phaar di aur product bhi rakh lia.. ab koi proof nhi hy pas... the product was worth 5k
U can't go with this as purchase proof is must.. shopkeeper Agr slip nahi deta tb bhi ap case to kr skty hen but damages bhi apko btany prny. Alternatively U can put application to Deputy commissioner as well & on qeemat app, citizen portal.

U have to check the offender against whom u gonna file case...that online service provider is offender in that case

can you please guide that you wrote the notice to Electric shop or brand of fridge because i am also facing similar kind of issue that i had purchased 1.0 ton inverter AC by 29-th may 2020 from well known electric store when i start using ac i did observe that it is consuming too much electricity , unit gone to their workshop then story is unit is still doing problem so please guide me that i should write the notice to brand only and including Shop etc .
thanku for ur comment..Brother i sent notice to electronic shop from where i purchased. U should send notice to the store or shop from where u purchased ur AC. i also contacted with brand headoffice regarding complaint & solution but notice is sent to the service provider(from where u purchase).

Albata superintendent sahb ne line man Ahsan ko jakar site inspection ka kaha. Us ke baad Ahsan ne site par mujh se 20000rs rishwat mangi. Mein ne inkaar kia. Us ke bad mera dost Moeen ul haq mere sath WAPDA ke office gaya. Magar superintendent Ayub Shah tal matol karta raha.
Pirh mera aik student jo kay aik teacher bhi hai aur LLB bhi ki hai wo mere sath gaya. Unhein kaha ke ye kisi court mein bhi ja sakta hai to wahan mojood LDC jo ke application ko process karta hai us ne kaha ke court mein bhi jaoon ga. Us ne kaha ke ap ki application hamare record mein wasool hi nhi ki gayi jabke superintendent sahb ki writing mojood hai ke line man jakar site ki inspection kare .

Sir,
I want to file case against a federal university for failing me on fake grounds. Kindly guide me that where should I file this case. I also do not know what provisions of law are effective in case of misuse of authority, failing on fake grounds.
If u have strong grounds and u can prove it(documentary proof) then u can definitely file a case in session court and in consumer court as well which ever suits u..u can send legal notice urself but uni will not take it seriously(I think). Better send legal notice through consumer court lawyer.
@@learninglife786 yes, I have strong grounds. The case is that of departure from established practice & procedure of marking, unjust, bias, discriminatory, based on irrelevant grounds, excercise/misuse of power, neglect, inattention, delay, incompetence. All these conditions are required to launch complaint in Wafaqi Muhtasib.
I think between session court & consumer court, the latter is more suitable because in consumer court the fees of lawyer and other expenses are borne by the agency/firm ??
@@muhammadiqbalbajwa1709 yes consumer court is best in two ways..one is court is bound to decide the case within 15 days, next one is:- initially u will bear lawyer expenses but if the case is in ur favour then u will receive ur lawyer charges and other expenses too. this all will do ur lawyer and put all expenses and losses
