Hell yea the guys over at new England motors are the shit very reputable very humble and always helpful awesome customer service always lead you in the right direction and will never steer you wrong they don't just try to sell you whatever to get your money like most places and people do
Believe or not my 08' pilot has the j35a vtec engine and its pretty smooth and quick, thinking about swappin it into a civic since the shell is kinda beat up
Had a 92 red si eg6 and 96 ek9 with gsr swap/itr ecu this content rocks brings back memories
15’s look perfect on the EG. Gun metal looks a bit better since the interior has the black recaros in them.
Holy shit those bronze Mugen wheels look great. The gunmetal ITR wheels also look great, way better than the white 16's.
Lip, duckbill wing and Gun metal itr wheels with a slight spacer maybe to make them fit a little more aggressive and make it look BEEFY to go alongside that CREAMY itr.. btw my old b16 made 160.5 whp with just an intake pipe/filter and oem type r header to 2.5 inch exhaust tuned on hondata at king motorsports(if you know you know..) not incredible but huge value for the price and a load of fun..

My first time i seen a itr was in 1999. I was behind it and the guy threw it in 2nd gear and left a 30 ft slab. Man the honda itr has the best headlights. And the championship white looks different from other angles
You have to throw a good intake on any Honda it makes the vtec snap way harder and sounds sick

I had a b18c jdm engine in my integra with a skunk2 I take mani, CAI, header exhaust and I went and got it tuned and it i my made 155hp 114tq
Personally prefer the white wheels on the EG, the EK9 wheels looks too small and sunken in

15s are they way to go on a close to stock setup. When I went from 15 to 16s on my turbo ek pushing over 300 there was a noticeable power loss from the size increase
Looks like the nsx my boys at first choice just had at their shop painting a front end swap on not long ago

that blip in the power curve before vtec is put there by honda to make vtec feel stronger. can be tuned out pretty easily

Some of the ITR's were done in Single Stage Champ White and Phoenix Yellow. That might be the reason for the color differences.
Why does vtec kick in and not like a constant thing? Is it like when people tune cars and say they’re going to put more timing in it? Does it have to do with the RPMs as a safety of some sort why couldn’t it run off like throttle position like if it senses full throttle even off like launch then kick in. Does the engine some how sense load and allows vtec to start?
Both wheels look sick but I would do like you said and leave it up to the winner to choose. I’d have to go with the white rims myself.

No you the 16" are so good!!!!!! Plus the white is straight up so good. Champion white and the 16" ITR is like perfect OEM+. Like the Champion white just adds to it. The 16s look really good too.

You just have to love Hondas. Not one of those civics or tegs are over 200 hp but they bring a smile to everyone's face. Sometimes it's just not about the biggest horsepower numbers. When they fitted that front lip, spoiler and clear corners I would have just paid them for those parts straight away. They were perfect on it. I personally like the 16" ITR wheels in white on the EG because for me at least the ek9 wheels look a bit tacky on it. Just my opinion.
