    Hello very interesting and informative video. Is topical dutestride better than topical frenstride? What’s frequency of using topical dutestride?

    • @bhrclinic
      @bhrclinic  3 роки тому +1

      Hello Khalid, Dut is not FDA approved and so it more under the realm of self dosing but for both we are seeing good results and usually a patient will start on Fin first and then see its efficacy.

    So can PRP + mesotherapy + dutastride (injectable) be used to replace finastride ?

    • @bhrclinic

      It is usually an additional not a standalone but may have differing results on patients. No one size fits all so it would be a case of the patient seeing the benefits it brings them.

    Can using Dermapen 2mm hardly cause permanent damage to hair follicles? Please help me i do this for many times and now i note receding in my hairline is that damge permanent or can grow again?

    • @bhrclinic
      @bhrclinic  2 роки тому +1

      2mm is fairly deep and if over done or too aggressive then yes you can damage the scalp and follicles, so best to go lower and once a week at most because too much will cause issues.

    Welcome My condition is receding and voids in the hairline. I transplanted the line, and I want to keep my old hair. What is better and safer? Dutasteride, mesotherapy or finasteride 0.5

    • @bhrclinic
      @bhrclinic  Рік тому +1

      Hi, thanks for watching. Hard to say a one approach for all but usually mesotherapy is an adjunct to medications and not a replacement and then it will depend on how well the individual responds to and tolerates DHT blockers. Some will tolerate topical better than oral and there are also then a variation of strengths. Topical one usually needs to go stronger for the same benefits as absorption is different to oral and it is a balance for some also on any side effects. IF you have had one HT then you need to ensure to keep your hair behind and mesotherapy alone will not do it. Age and loss potential are also factors.

      @@jorgeg7552 I haven't been consistent these last few months since lockdown made my schedule difficult, but every two or three months I'd say.
      However, I've going lately through a though shed, but I blame it on adding a minox beard application in the morning. It seem to have halted a few days ago, so let's hope for my hair to come back stronger since my hairline is now in a dangerous NW2.5 territory. Overall density still above baseline though.

      I'd definitely give it a try if I were you. Microdosing fin could be another option (since in the first world these procedures can be expensive). There is people on forums who got rid of sides that way. I'm not a doctor though so you should ask for professional advice.
