I enjoyed hearing your update, Cindy. May I ask how tall you are? I also found it interesting that you lost two inches in your right arm and one in your left. I feel the same way you do about progress pictures and I don't like how gwj says "throw away the scale and use progress pictures". High waisted clothes hide the stomach; some shirts are more clingy; maybe you've just eaten a big meal...or not. You can't get a good read on your body with photos. I want to see results with NUMBERS. Keep up the good work. I was rooting for you to hit that 50 pound milestone. Continued good health and fitness in the New Year.

Great job! The next thing you know, you'll own a crossfit gym! Just kidding. I only know about 75 Hard because my brother owns a crossfit gym. It's always seemed way too extreme for me, and I eschew extremes. This is the first time I've heard of 75 soft.
