It's really fun today, bro, the fishing is full strike, the potential spots are amazing and the fish are still abundant. I am very happy to see this video, you are fishing with happiness. Success, friend.
If you don’t mind me asking where is the shipwreck? We plan launch out of doran beach to grab and fish for rockfish would love any help or direction leaving out of that launch. Thanks for sharing the video. It was awesome.
Ya I’ll help It’s not the right time of the year for the ship wreck go north crab is a lot better north from Carmet to the Russian River 60-100 feet of water and the lingcod I would fish in 50-70 feet of water and the rock fish are there to and out to about 120 feet and I would run up north of the Russian river to fish for lingcod and rockfish I hope this helps Tight lines thankyou
The rocks scrape the line and the fish try to pull you back down into the rocks you can use 40 I have even used 20 but the fish aren’t line shy and you never know what your going to hook.

I sure miss the old days at the Cordell Banks when a limit of rock fish was over 100 pounds.
Ya it come to a vote in 3 more years 2025 they may reopen it
@@Bfishin Really? I thought they made it a federal marine sanctuary. That would be great if they did. Just keep the long liner poachers out of there.
@@stevel379 it’s a 5 year closer so ever 5 years they bring it up and vote on it
Why use 60 lb mono when fish don't get near that weight?
