Abandoned grossly over weight maltipoo mix's first groom after rescue

- Hello everyone,
It has been 6 weeks since I filmed this video. Audrey has lost some weight and has a lot of mobility back. She is still under our medical care due to fluid in her lungs we are battling with medication. Hopefully soon she will be adopted to her furever home when she has been medically cleared.

Maltipoos' are some of the sweetest, lovingest dogs in the world . All dogs deserve to be cared for it breaks my heart to see this Maltipoo like this. We have one and she is such a wonderful addition, we truly love her. Audrey is such a cutie, and she is so sweet natured. I think she's cute!
Thank you, we actually ended up adopting her. (Fat mama) she was so obese and the only name she responds to in Sept it'll be 2 years we've had her.

Isn’t it amazing how after all the trauma this beautiful baby has gone through, she still is gentle, loving,accepting of us humans. How wonderful it is that she “choose” (and I truly believe they choose us;) you and your husband as her mommy and daddy🥰
So true about gentle handling…My Lexi Rae’s first grooming was with a rough person.😔…when I went to get her she was whining, and literally jumped into my arms…and her paws were so traumatized. Luckily a coworker suggested her groomer, I was initially hesitant when I took her and “Allison”(her present groomer/owner of the pup salon, since that trip knew I was worried.) she allowed (still does) me to wait and watch. I must say they treat Lexi Rae like a “queen.” She loves her “Ally” and her shampooer…all the dogs roam the grooming area freely, they have little bed areas with water dishes. It’s so important to be able to trust your groomer.💜

My husband and I ended up adopting her. She has a lot of health problems, found it she's 14, so she's living her end of years here.
