For the everyday use, hair suction is very important to me, way more important than vacuum food on the floor. Could you pls let me know which model is the best for hair suction that hair don't get stuck at the brush roller at all ?
Great video. I'm using the Tineco S6 Stretch now for 6 weeks ish, and my main frustration with it is the following: - when I'm done using it, I put it into a separate room and start self-cleaning - I then have to REMEMBER the device and a couple minutes later go back and start the drying. I wrote their support, but apparently they are not able to bring such a feature with an OTA. 😞 Apart from that, it's a pretty good machine, easy to clean etc. I wonder if the Roborock would have been better here. Can you please share?
Your Tineco should kick in automatically into drying mode after the self cleaning session. You're saying yours doesn't? In all cases, I did find the Roborock better in the drying experience; I prefer a more silent drying (even if it's slightly longer in duration) than the loud one of Tineco. Also; you don't need to go back to the machine and start the drying a second or third time as with the Tineco; you just start self cleaning on the Roborock, and you know it'll dry completely afterwards by itself.
@@RawansReviews There are 2 drying modes: - one as part of the self cleaning (push the droplet button) - a dedicated one (push the button with the funny dots for 3 seconds) Only with the dedicated one does it really get dry.
@scfan7231 ah-yes correct. And that was one of main gripes with the Tineco and why I picked the Roborock: you need to run the design session at least twice to get it fully dry, whereas with the Roborock you don’t.
After much time spent in the depth's of the rabbit hole which is Wet/Dry vacuum reviews and Reddit posts, I decided to comment. First off, @RawansReviews your content is great and so is the presentation. A few hundred UA-cam reviews from various channels help inform consumers but nothing like hands on experience. Every single review I've seen for various wet/dry vacs have the obligatory Spaghetti O's pick up test. How did I come across your channel, well after a week with a Dreame H12 Pro I decided to return it. It worked ok, but I wasn't a big fan of how it pulled forward and hence made it difficult when pulling it back. The last straw was Mexican rice, that's right, rice. To be honest, we had an issue with white rice too which. They both seem to be way more sticky than other things and when we did the clean cycle with the Dreame, it made a mess. All the rice was in the roller, some left in the base etc. The wife and I thought maybe we would clean up the rice next time instead of trying to pick it up with the Dreame. Based on your review I decided to order the Roborock Flexi Pro. It was on sale for $379 so why not. I basically told the wife we'd try it out and decide if we were going to send the Dreame back or the Roborock. Once again the time came when our 1-year old toddler decided to litter the floor with rice. We were like "what the hell" let's try the Roborock. Absolutely NO problem picking it up and the cleaning with the pull out tray was WAY nicer than on the Dreame 12 Pro. When we ran the cleaning mode on the Roborock "Smart Detection" and 60 minute dry time, presto. Clean and the brush was dry. The con, yes, the water tank. Luckily we have a small 705 SF old modernized shotgun house w/ LVP floors throughout. It has just enough in the tank to do the entire house and then the clean cycle. I think we can live with refilling the tank every time we're going to run the machine. We considered the Dreame H13 Pro but at $200 bucks more, I didn't see the value in something that couldn't lay flat. The H14 doesn't have the Glide wheels which the 13 Pro has and I'm sure the exact same technology as the Roborock's wheel and those are way nice. It goes forward and backwards effortlessly. The last thing is would it be worth upgrading to the Dreame H14 Pro which does finally have custom modes and their glide wheels. I just don't think it'll be $400 better. The Flexi Pro can't do suction only which we don't mind since we have a Dyson for that. We did run it once without water because we forgot and their's no alarm or notification telling you the clean tank is empty. I wish it did alert for this and hopefully a firmware update can address is.
Looks likely that by water electrolysis , Dreame is using the electrolysis method to generate Colloidal Silver, which kills bacteria and mold. All you need are two electrodes (anode and cathode) made of pure silver. You should do more research on this. I think Dreame is far ahead of the competitors in this.
The question is how effective is this electrolyzed water, which I understand in theory does kill bacteria and disinfect. But is the electrolysis that's happening in the tank over a few seconds sufficient to achieve that, and then once done and cleaning your floor, is the electrolyzed water in contact with the floor for long enough to disinfect it?
Hi there, do you have testet the osotek h200 pro? Have the Choice between the flexi pro and the osotek. On german Amazon the flexi has some Bad Reviews with some water leaks after couple weeks. Would prefer the flexi because of its Features but im a bit scared now
I've seen the Osotek but haven't tested it. Not sure about water leaks, and of course can't guarantee they won't happen, but I've had mine for about 3 months now and haven't experienced any leaks.
What's the best vacuum for hard floor only but i have a lot of pet hair. Is it possible to use the vac/mop cordless? Or it will be better to use combo like tineco S6 S7 switch? Now i have a dyad and q7 max robo and combine those and normal Samsung cheapest vacuum.. What about upgrading to tineco s5 pro 2? Or s6 s7 switch/combo? Are those works best with pet hair and wont tangle as much? Do i need for sure to get combo and use first the dry roll and then change to vac/mop?
@ thank you, this has cleared most of my confusion, cause I was caught between tineco s6 stretch vs roborock qrevo master robot. I was worried if the robot could clear/climb the doorway tile which is about a centimetre while I thought since I have a steam mop I can deep clean once a week and have the robot do the daily routine
1 cm should be fine to climb, but you nailed it; I use the robot for daily routine cleaning, and wet/dry stick vac for more deep (or localized) cleaning
Fair point. Though a lot of bacteria and viruses are killed at 60 degrees too, but you're right; 70 degrees is more effective and targets a wider range of virus or bacteria. I didn't look at it from the perspective of disinfection but rather of cleaning the brush roll. That's because I have my doubts about the effectiveness of disinfection here (possibly even the cleaning aspect too) because of the relatively short exposure period. So it could very well be possible that both 60 and 70 degrees are equally ineffective simply because they're not in contact with the brush long enough to be effective. But I'm no scientist--just my theory!
what would you or anyone recommend for a corded steam vacuum that has edge to edge cleaning, and suction only mode, with heated self cleaning of the brush roll.
With the brush drying, can you clarify why do you think the Roborock is better? I thought Tineco would have been better because if I wanted it to be 100% dry on this machine, it would take max. 11 mins? (5 mins and then 2 cycles of 3mins.) However, the Roborock would take 30 mins to get to 100% dry.
You're right--purely from a drying perspective and in absolute value, the Tineco is better. I chose the Roborock in that category because of the whole experience; I (personally) would prefer a more silent 30 minutes over a quite loud 11 minutes. Also, you would need to go back to the machine and manually trigger the process at least twice (or 3 times if you want to run drying a third time). But with Roborock, you just trigger it once and you know it will be dry at the end.
@@RawansReviews also, how do you find the dryness / ability to suck up as much water as possible between both the tineco and Roborock? I have a floating board floor so unfortunately it’s not ideal if the machine leaves behind too much water.
Are you talking about Roborock? If so yes you can trigger the drying or cleaning via the app if you want to. You can also schedule it to start at a particular time or day. Regarding leaving streaks, I’ve found both do a good job at not leaving much water or streaks on the floor. Possibly a very slight edge to Roborock.

@@RawansReviews you know I just bought it, wondering how you think it compares to the rest out there. I did find that I could REMOVE the roller mop from the newest Bissell and dry vac but it does not have all the features I was looking for. If I am spending this much money, it should replace my dry vacuum and my mop.
While manufacturers recommend only using their official solution, I generally use any solution made for wet/dry vacuums. Cannot confirm for sure it is 100% safe, but my logic says it should be, so I'm willing to take the risk there ;)
You're right, I should have explained a bit more there...The Tineco dirty tank is bigger, but the dirty filter in the Dreame was better... Though I probably should have highlighted the Tineco cell green for dirty water tank, for capacity at least. With the brush cleaning; the Tineco (from what it appeared) only blew hot air on the brush rather than heating water. The Dreame water was not hot enough, hence why I gave the point to Roborock. And with the drying, I chose the Roborock because it had the best effective/acoustic combination. The Tineco needs 10 minutes at high sound and doesn't even get to 100% dry.
