Interesting observation on your end - whilst I FIRST look at the homes to tour and THEN take whoever agent is listing it as part of the deal, I do oftentimes notice that they’re reluctant to be on camera.
I wonder why the shyness? Language? Insecurity? Culture?
You’d think they jump on in the opportunity to be featured but nope, vast majority of the time, they decline (if they even bother to respond at all) 🤔
This is stunning. As a semi-retiree, I’d love to see some single- story penthouses. Those stairs would be a nuisance 20 years from now ☺️. Great tour!

Who owns these expensive homes? I mean its not like greater Los Angeles filled of dozens of very rich stars of music or movies industry. So who own these very luxurious mansions in South Africa?
A lot of rich people in South Africa aren't famous, unlike in LA as you referenced. Genuinely rich people here don't publicize their wealth, which probably comes with a lot of peace, if you know what I mean..
JHB has the highest number of millionaires in SA and Africa. Besides in LA you will never get this type of property for less than $10m, maybe a one bed will cost the same.
