Hi, by any chance, before making this video, did you reset the device to factory settings? Because normally all available languages should come out of it (confirmed by other users). Since only the English language appears on my newly purchased one as well, if you were to confirm that you reset, I would have confirmation that they sold it to me not quite new, resetting it to factory settings. Yes, I had a play with the unit then reset it to make the video - unknowing that it would lose the language settings 🤦♂️
