Hey Matt, I just want to tell you I follow the exact format which you just told us right now 💪😍 .. It really suits me a lot . I just have a request for you please make a brief video on a soccer athlete or like other endurance athletes, like how much or how often we should manage our ground training sessions for the off season period⚽ followed by these 3 phases . I am really confused about how much ? I have to do it in the off season like how much plyometrics ? When should I use sprints ?in my program ? Basically how should I work on my intensity and How much fitness we have to manage or be in the off season followed by pre season , In season ⚽ plz it's a humble request to make a video on it. ..
(Like I don't really push in the ground on the 1st phase ie. Hypertrophy ?) I start doing some sprints from phase 2 because in the hypertrophy phase the body becomes very sore and the ground season becomes very hard to manage )
    Reply please...

Thank you Matt for another very informative and helpful video. If I use squats to train for strength, will training glutes for hypertrophy (both done in one gym session) ruin the effects of the former? Example 4 reps x 4 sets squats close to 1RM followed by 10 reps x 4 sets for glutes with 80% of 1RM. Thanks.

Do you have videos for normal people wanting to start or improve?

Great video and breakdown Matt per usual, thank you. On the undulating phase would it make sense to do full body sessions for each training session? Also how would you dictate exercise selection for each training day? And to what extent would that rotate or change ?

If I just found this video 8 weeks before the tournament should I focus strength for 3 weeks than do the undulating phase for the rest?

Too quick to understand everything .Aim of teaching is to let listeners tp learn, remember what they listen to.We call rapid talking in medicines, oral watery diarrhea.Teaching is an art ,skill ,good packed informations but like too much highly intense nutrients to eat. This is a positive feedback.Listen to listeners as doctors listen to their patients.Good tea here’s do this too.
