- A capacitor is an electronic component that stores electrical charge and energy in an electric field. Capacitors are widely used in electrical and electronic circuits and devices. The capacitor has a long history and has been in use for over 250 years. Capacitors are the oldest electronic component studied, designed, developed and used.
The capacitor has the property of storing energy in the form of electrical charge and produces the electrical difference between its plates. It is like a small rechargeable battery. In this lesson, we will examine the most popular and useful types of capacitors and where they are used. Now let's start to examine the types of capacitors and their properties.

Thank you. Good video.
Finally a visual look
Super informative and well presented video. Thank you for sharingyour knowledge.
Thank you sir, very well explained the similarities and differences etc.
Thanks
So nice thanks sir
I like that
great video👍
respect from Gilgit Baltistan❤😊
Thank you so much ☺️
Excellent video!
Thank you so much ☺️🙏🏼
yes
You forgot to mention tantalums EXPLODE when they fail
good present ❤🙏
Thank you so much 😊
Excellent 👌
Thank you so much 😊

From Nick Ayivor from London England UK 🇬🇧 ⏰️ 14:12 Good Afternoon
This was amazing! I'm going to shop for components and not sure what to get for my first couple projects. Can you reply or make a video on a must buy list for beginners? I'm planning to get wire, wire strippers, bread board, led, 9V battery, transistor, resistor, ceramic capacitor (I get anything ceramic if I can), switch. (Will this be good for a few first projects??)
I recommend you also get some ICs and sockets for said Ics
About NP0 capacitors?
thankyou
Sir , you forgot non polarized SMD ceramic capasitors
Thank you.
Now I know what all those strange looking components are that I have salvaged from all kinds of junk electronic equipment.
I am well on my way to building my new nuclear submarine.
Thank you so much 🙏🏼 Super 😊
AND i , I"m on my way to building the ultimate hyper Ultra super computer with a 10 ghz cpu
Don't forget the MASS / weight / BOUYANCY factor.. Otherwise it is SINK or swim or was that sync and spark ? ? ? F--K it , where is my snorkel ?
what's the difference between batteries and capacitors?
battery stored their energy in chemical condition meanwhile capacitor stored energy due to electrical force charge.
@@fauzansyauqi6912 that sounds much safer
Thanks
