How to make oven-baked tandoori chicken

  • This tandoori chicken recipe is easy to marinate and oven-safe.
    The zucchini was delicious, too, and I hope you enjoy it with your curry!
    ■Ingredients (serves 2 to 3)
    6 to 9 chicken wings
    1/2 zucchini
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon honey
    1-2 teaspoons curry powder
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3 tablespoons plain yogurt
    ■Directions
    1.Cut the chicken wings along the bone and slice the zucchini into 1 cm wide rounds.
    2. Put all the ingredients into a storage bag, rub together, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    3. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220℃ for 15 to 20 minutes.
