    Speaking of 'about $400K'... We are looking to move, so if you're looking for a house out in Caldwell, ID let me know. A 4 bedroom / 2 bath / 1910 sq. ft. single level - TONS of upgrades and extra features, the living room includes a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace, a covered patio out front, a 2 car, fully insulated garage with a deep sink, a double oven, the master bedroom/bath has a double sink, jetted tub, full-sized walk-in shower, walk-in closet, both toilets were just replaced as well. There is also 5 1080 HD, wireless security cameras, with solar panels for charging that are already setup. The backyard has raised garden beds on one side, a large sandbox for kids, an extended 40' x 10' patio, two outdoor gas line hookups on the patio, and a brand new $6,000 hot tub that was just purchased at the end of 2020, that is inside of a private oasis that is set up on our back patio. Also, there is a basketball court and a full park/playground within a short walking distance. It is also a quiet neighborhood.

    That 145 Baxter Way house at 1:32 looks pretty good for $400,000. Cost you about 1.5 million here in California. In a half-way decent neighborhood.

      Yup. Hate stuff like that that is absolutely false but in rare cases. Then people moved here and can't find this anywhere even rural then move into a rental "for now" situation and never be able to afford to buy ever. Its a trap. Its bs and it needs to stop.

    I live in Boise. This lady is a "LIER"! For most but rare cases $400,000 can't even buy a one bedroom home here. One that used to be a meth lab abandoned? I live in a one bedroom studio apartment and my rent is $875.

    • @jonascape9777

      What does California have to do with it? It’s supply and demand....if the big builders wouldn’t build people wouldn’t move there. Also California runs the Idaho economy and if it weren’t for California half of Idaho would starve.

      @@jonascape9777 California or Californians, I speaking about the Californians, you actually answered some of what I'm specifically want to talk about I live in Houston Texas and the gentrification because of out of towners are causing, my home, 275k would be well over 2 to 5 million in LA NY or Chicago, from my understanding, some homes in my hood go for 350k, here comes a Californian, because like I think you implide Californians dollar go further in Texas or Idaho, well guess what some idiot bought a home for 450k, well over priced he got ripped off, was from California, now the ripple, he indirectly caused my house property and more importantly taxes to go up, now a New York bought another property for 475k well guess what yup you guessed my takes went up this is why I dont want nobody moving here to Houston, Twxas isnt cheap anymore and this all started about 20 years ago when out of towners started coming in droves, I might add these idiots bought homes sight unseen too, and no I'm not selling because even the crack houses are going for 100k now in Houston when 10 yrs ago the same boarded up crack house was 5k

    Is Eagle more affordable than Meridian? Meridian is my first choice when we move eventually. I hear that Eagle is nice, just further out. Thanks and really enjoy your videos. Just wish we were moving now! ha ha

      Having said that, no. Eagle is the nicest area in the valley and it's the nicest area in the state with the obvious exception of Ketchum. Meridian has similar access to Boise and better access to the rest of the valley compared to Eagle, but it is still cheaper to live there. It's also growing faster than anywhere else.

    • @cm01

      Yeah these "upscale" homes are really just like the CBH/Hubble places except with more tile and taller doors. It's still better than living in an old house in many or most ways but it isn't luxury unless you're blind to quality, which of course most people with high incomes seem to be.

    It’s funny how you’re advertising homes to live in Boise for a cheaper price, then get mad and upset when Californians move there and “steal your land” and “make everything more expensive”. If you do not wish for “outsiders” then why try to invite them? Idaho itself is one of the bigger states in America that we have, but really dense. At least now you guys know how the Indians felt back in the day.

    • @Angels1168

      California is the biggest state, along with Texas, navada, then arizona.

    • @BW-iu1tr
      @BW-iu1tr 5 років тому

      Actually Idahoans are not advertising homes its greedy realtor companies many who are from California. The natives would not advertise for the disrespectful people coming here to move here There is a reason for the hatred we're watching our state be slowly turned into another California even the Californians who have been here for 30 years or more say it.

      Over 99% of the land Europeans obtained from Indian tribes was either sold for booze or sold for guns. Here's $50 for cheese balls, beer, and a denim jacket. Go back to the res and be sure to show up on time for your shift at the casino. You can't hide from your history Pocahontas.
