Meridian has similar access to Boise and better access to the rest of the valley compared to Eagle, but it is still cheaper to live there. It's also growing faster than anywhere else.
You can get better deals living outside of Boise in other towns I hope you find a better house better prices. Also along the U.S Canada border their are wide open spaces and Alaska has alot of space. Boise is getting filled.
as a student in the boise area i’m going to be completely honest none of the public schools are bad they all have their own small problems but over 99% of students graduated from centennial highschool last year for reference centennial is considered one of the worse schools in the area

That 145 Baxter Way house at 1:32 looks pretty good for $400,000. Cost you about 1.5 million here in California. In a half-way decent neighborhood.
