I’ve never tried anything from this brand, but I’m interested in their Natasha Denona Dupes. I have to give ND credit though, for coming out with the smaller palettes at a $65.00 price point. It seems she uses the same quality formula that’s in her larger palettes for the smaller palettes. 🥰🥰

I wouldn't feel too bad about having both the sunrise palette and its dupe. Just means you can use the dupe to travel with, so that your sunrise isn't risked getting damaged en route

Me too because I bought and reviewed the bronze palette and I am on alter ego pr list so I would definitely compare like I did all their other palettes lashes and liquid lipsticks
Thanks to Jen Phelps, she compares the bronze palette to her existing collection. I realized my colourpop palette is a pretty good alternative to the bronze palette, maybe check her video out, you may be surprised, I know I was. 😊
I own all of the Alter Ego palettes (and enjoy them immensely), the brush set (which are quite good IMO) and one lipstick. I am very fair skinned so the lightest shade of liquid lipstick was too dark for me but I’ll try lightening it up with that Milani shade you showed since I have that. I may like it better using that trick Haha☺️ Great review video! More videos with Alter Ego shadows would be awesome! I would watch for sure!

It’s so good to see that alter egos quality is almost just as good. I love how creamy this shimmers are in your demo. By the way, I think the dark lip color looked incredible on you.

I just don't consider Alter Ego or Makeup Revolution or brands like it that make flat out COPIES of high end palettes dupes. I think its flat out theivery of the hard work, design and concept of others. I get that not everyone can afford high end palettes. But brands like elf and Wet N Wild and even Morphe and Colorpop manage to make affordable palettes without ripping off the concept or design or color schemes and hard work of other brands.
I will try Alter Ego. Looks really impressive. Btw, my favorite eye primer of ALL TIME is the Wet n Wild Photofocus. No need to spend $20 plus anymore. Lesson learned.

Alter Ego has really good quality products, they've just not released anything new in FOREVER... They've had the same 5 dupe palette for over a year now lol. Edit: The Temptress palette (dupe for ABH Sultry) is ahhh-mazingg! 😍

*I wish Bad Habit Beauty was still around. I have so many great dupes from Bad Habit, Ccolor Cosmetics and Alter Ego. I think they all have some beautiful products. The Ccolor Cosmetics palettes I would suggest anyone check out are the Obsessed palettes (Huda Obsessions dupes), Unisex 1 and 5 (Cats Pajamas dupe and Lemonade palette dupe), Metal Matte palette (KVD dupe). The Alter Ego Goddess and Aurora palettes are gorgeous and I truly believe that between Ccolor Cosmetics and Alter Ego you really don't need to spend much money to get the EXACT SAME LOOKS you can get with a Natasha Denona palette. In my opinion it's a big fat WASTE to spend $129 just to get a "feeling" when you use an expensive product. It's just stupid and wasteful.*

I really like this company, and I am excited that they just released two new palettes. For one thing, their brushes are phenomenal value for the money. For another, in this time of covid when we can't test anything, no swatches, let alone try on, they allow me to try out a color story that pushes me out of my comfort zone. I didn't buy the Temptress palette because I already have the ABH Sultry palette, and that is squarely inside my comfort zone, but the ND Sunrise, Love, and even Bronze palette are wildly outside it. I just don't do warm color stories, so I really appreciate the ability to try them out without having to spend $65 on something that might not even work for me.
Why would you NOT try the Aurora and Sunrise palette in this video since you have both. Considering they're "dupe" palettes. Yes the one you used looks nice.. but it isn't saying if it's an actual good dupe cause no comparison.
I actually have all the Alter Ego palettes and really love them...such a great quality for the money! I have been watching and waiting to see if they come out with a dupe of the ND Love palette but as of yet, no such luck. They haven't released a new palette in quite a while. The Alter Ego Daydream palette is a good dupe for the Huda Beauty New Nude palette and the Temptress palette is a great dupe for the ABH Sultry palette. I would love to see more videos with different looks from any of the Alter Ego palettes.
I just received the Artemis palette and I love it ‼️. I’ve been wanting the goddess palette and they just restocked 😱 I really wanted the abh dupe but it isn’t stocked so I’m going to get the aurora and the goddess
I absolutely LOVE Alter Ego!! I absolutely adore my Aurora palette. It is so gorgeous and performs so well. I just can't stomach ND prices so I was thrilled to find an affordable and beautiful dupe! YAY!!

I would still get the ND palette if I really needed more neutral shadows. I like saving money but I think making the exact same palette is copying and stealing someone's idea. If I had a company I would not like seeing another company using my ideas to make their business.
I'm not a big palette person. I get the pans I want from MG or ColourPop & then I don't have to spend money on a bunch of colors I will never use. Savings is very important to us.

I am kind of interested in trying the Goddess palette but it might be too warm toned for me, will think about it though and keep this on my radar. I am sure that ND has tremendous products but the price is just too expensive for me. I tend to migrate towards the budget department! I enjoyed this video nonetheless, really like the eye look you created. :)
None of my Bdellium or BH cosmetics brushes are scratchy or get scratchy 🤷🏽♀️ and they are vegan so I dont have to worry about how the fur farms treat their animals. I wish goat hair brush companies would share the behind the scenes ( I would never buy brushes made with hair from squirrels, foxes, minks, etc) but they dont so 🤷🏽♀️
I have the Goddess pallet and really don't care for the gold really chunky glitter on the bottom left. I wonder if there's a secret for making the glitter work better.

I would pay big money to have your beautiful hair!!! 💛 I wish Alter Ego shipped to Canada 🇨🇦 but sadly they don’t. I am impressed every time I see someone on YT use one of their eyeshadow palettes, they strike me as legit great plus a very good alternative to some pretty pricey brands. I like their packaging too. I have the ND Biba & Gold palettes and I can tell you that I don’t think they’re worth the price. I redeemed my $100 Sephora rewards points to buy both of them and even then I had to spend about $80 of my own money ($170 CND plus a lot of tax). I would totally buy the Alter Ego palettes if I could order them. Good video Mandy and you killed the look as always with the eyes and lips. 👌🏼 I have my few brands of liquid lipsticks that I love and are comfortable to wear and I ALWAYS use them as a base to prolong my lipstick or gloss (or both) They provide a nice saturated base but rarely will wear them alone. I think your use of them is perfect from the application to smoothing it out with your finger. That’s the way to get some good mileage from a product that you might not normally reach for. I would like to request eye and lip looks from the Aurora and Goddess palettes too please 🙏🏼 Uh huh! You got the ND Bronze palette!!! I was wondering if you would....I caved and ordered it too, just waiting for the snail mail to deliver it 😄 Eager to see your 7 looks and hear your thoughts 🤔 I have my own thoughts 💭 on it and quite a few too.....
I have the Lamora Makeup Eye Brush Set, from Amazon. It's 7 brushes for $10-$13 (depending on the day). And they are SO SOFT. And there are 2 really nice blending brushes, as well as two really small brushes. I have small eyes, and it's hard to find small eye brushes, which is why I bought the kit. And the angled liner brush is pretty good. And the shorter shader brush is pretty good for smoking out eyeliner. The flat paddle brush I don't really use, because I always apply shimmer with my fingers. But still, only using 6 of the brushes it's like $2 a brush or less. And I cannot stress how soft they are! My lids are really sensitive, so soft brushes is a must for me. Sorry for the novel. I've just never heard anyone talk about these, and I think they are so good!! They even have pretty nice handles, considering the price.

Hi Mandy great video as usual especially since ND dropped her Bronze palette lately there is renewed interest in her. I have been trying to get ALTER EGO for two years, they don't ship internationally and it's not on Amazon or eBay. I found Ccolour Cosmetics for those palettes were not as good, the mini Huda and the Born to Run great but Not the ND dupes.
I’m kind of on the fence about the Natasha Denona bronze eyeshadow palette. I’m very fair with cool undertones. I don’t know if this would work on me or not. I think I’ll pass for now. 💚💜💚💜💚

Absolutely love these but it's so frustrating as they won't ship internationally. I would so love some of these beauties. Its frustrating, 8 did email them but they didn't reply sadly.

I really like this company, and I am excited that they just released two new palettes. For one thing, their brushes are phenomenal value for the money. For another, in this time of covid when we can't test anything, no swatches, let alone try on, they allow me to try out a color story that pushes me out of my comfort zone. I didn't buy the Temptress palette because I already have the ABH Sultry palette, and that is squarely inside my comfort zone, but the ND Sunrise, Love, and even Bronze palette are wildly outside it. I just don't do warm color stories, so I really appreciate the ability to try them out without having to spend $65 on something that might not even work for me.

Why would you NOT try the Aurora and Sunrise palette in this video since you have both. Considering they're "dupe" palettes.
Yes the one you used looks nice.. but it isn't saying if it's an actual good dupe cause no comparison.
I actually have all the Alter Ego palettes and really love them...such a great quality for the money! I have been watching and waiting to see if they come out with a dupe of the ND Love palette but as of yet, no such luck. They haven't released a new palette in quite a while. The Alter Ego Daydream palette is a good dupe for the Huda Beauty New Nude palette and the Temptress palette is a great dupe for the ABH Sultry palette. I would love to see more videos with different looks from any of the Alter Ego palettes.

I just received the Artemis palette and I love it ‼️. I’ve been wanting the goddess palette and they just restocked 😱 I really wanted the abh dupe but it isn’t stocked so I’m going to get the aurora and the goddess
I absolutely LOVE Alter Ego!! I absolutely adore my Aurora palette. It is so gorgeous and performs so well. I just can't stomach ND prices so I was thrilled to find an affordable and beautiful dupe! YAY!!

I would still get the ND palette if I really needed more neutral shadows. I like saving money but I think making the exact same palette is copying and stealing someone's idea. If I had a company I would not like seeing another company using my ideas to make their business.

I'm not a big palette person. I get the pans I want from MG or ColourPop & then I don't have to spend money on a bunch of colors I will never use. Savings is very important to us.

I am kind of interested in trying the Goddess palette but it might be too warm toned for me, will think about it though and keep this on my radar. I am sure that ND has tremendous products but the price is just too expensive for me. I tend to migrate towards the budget department! I enjoyed this video nonetheless, really like the eye look you created. :)

None of my Bdellium or BH cosmetics brushes are scratchy or get scratchy 🤷🏽♀️ and they are vegan so I dont have to worry about how the fur farms treat their animals. I wish goat hair brush companies would share the behind the scenes ( I would never buy brushes made with hair from squirrels, foxes, minks, etc) but they dont so 🤷🏽♀️
I have the Goddess pallet and really don't care for the gold really chunky glitter on the bottom left. I wonder if there's a secret for making the glitter work better.

The Alter Ego pallets are magnetic, I like to use a strong magnet to remove a few shades and place them in a travel pallet, when I go on trips.
I order my brush sets from BH cosmetics, they are very affordable and not scratchy at all.

I wish Alter Ego shipped to Canada 🇨🇦 but sadly they don’t. I am impressed every time I see someone on YT use one of their eyeshadow palettes, they strike me as legit great plus a very good alternative to some pretty pricey brands. I like their packaging too.
I have the ND Biba & Gold palettes and I can tell you that I don’t think they’re worth the price. I redeemed my $100 Sephora rewards points to buy both of them and even then I had to spend about $80 of my own money ($170 CND plus a lot of tax). I would totally buy the Alter Ego palettes if I could order them.

I have my few brands of liquid lipsticks that I love and are comfortable to wear and I ALWAYS use them as a base to prolong my lipstick or gloss (or both) They provide a nice saturated base but rarely will wear them alone. I think your use of them is perfect from the application to smoothing it out with your finger. That’s the way to get some good mileage from a product that you might not normally reach for.

I have the Lamora Makeup Eye Brush Set, from Amazon. It's 7 brushes for $10-$13 (depending on the day). And they are SO SOFT. And there are 2 really nice blending brushes, as well as two really small brushes. I have small eyes, and it's hard to find small eye brushes, which is why I bought the kit. And the angled liner brush is pretty good. And the shorter shader brush is pretty good for smoking out eyeliner. The flat paddle brush I don't really use, because I always apply shimmer with my fingers. But still, only using 6 of the brushes it's like $2 a brush or less. And I cannot stress how soft they are! My lids are really sensitive, so soft brushes is a must for me. Sorry for the novel. I've just never heard anyone talk about these, and I think they are so good!! They even have pretty nice handles, considering the price.

Hi Mandy great video as usual especially since ND dropped her Bronze palette lately there is renewed interest in her. I have been trying to get ALTER EGO for two years, they don't ship internationally and it's not on Amazon or eBay. I found Ccolour Cosmetics for those palettes were not as good, the mini Huda and the Born to Run great but Not the ND dupes.
