Aloha kenan. Ey does mark have info on how to make his drainage set ups for his tubs? It also looked like he made some tubs out of 55 gallon plastic drums. Anyway you could do a video about marks setups. Huge mahalo and keep the videos coming brother. Aloha.

I live in California and man who was a regular at my family's restaurant was going to go back home to Malaysia and he asked me if I wanted some fish for my fish tanks and I said sure. Next day he brought me a pair of sword swordtails and a male yellow blotched map turtle. At the time I've only ever raised RES once in my life and I was familiar with regular map turtles so I thought he was just a really cool map turtle specie. Little did I know that he was actually an endangered specie and now I want to find a female for him but being in Cali they're pretty non existent here unfortunately. He's a good boy though. When I first got him all he did was swim as deep as he could and just sat in the corner pretty much all day and wouldn't eat or bask for like 2 months but now if he sees any person he will immediately crawl up onto his basking dock and eat from your hands. Still shy about being held though but he accepts head pats and chin strokes. I love him a lot 💕

I have a young yellow bellied slider. I made a tank 30 gallon and he loves it. I live in Florida so when i go work the water temperature rise a lot. I add wheels so i can move it around. I look for shade but Joy needs sun too. There's plenty of heater for sale but what can i do to keep the water under 85f in Florida's summer?

I have a question about water turtles. How many times should you change your water in a turtle tank. What is a good filter to use in a turtle tank. Now in my area the water is bad can I use bottle water and if I can what kind should I get
BRAINZ2013 Droid bottled water gets expensive. You can buy a storage tub like in the video and fill it with water from the tap. Then let that water sit for 3-4 days to let the chemicals dissipate. If you go the the bottled water route. Spring water.
Just use tap water and buy some aquarium dechlorinator
Nephila Edulis well I would but the tap water has to much lead and other garbage we buy bottled water cause the tap water is nasty

I get so sick of Kennon talking over people. Let the guy talk! I had so many questions regarding his set up that were unanswered. One episode about setups, THEN do an episode regarding the turtles themselves. Do it at the same time and let the guy explain how he does things and why. I love the ingenuity! You don't see that anymore and it is so needed. Great setup...just flush all the water out once a week and fill. No electricity, no water conditioners, no lights, no heaters, and no filtration.

Man... I need me one of these customized turtle cages over the tub. Or any tips on design ideas are greatly appreciated!! I have 2 small RES in a 30”x30” foot deep reservoir.. would be very cool to have a cage over so I can raise the water level and give them more to enjoy:)

What’s the turtles name that you can keep in a tank??
Kenan, I have two yellow bellied sliders, I’ve had them inside for about 10 years now and I finally have area I can work with to put them outside.. but I live in the U.K. with the weather changing all the time and it being fairly cold most of the time is it something i can do? Or should I keep them inside
are those reeves turtles expensive...cause here in spain i actually see some like that almost in every pet shop that have them.. like from 30-50 turtles theres always 4-5 that have light shell

Hi, I watched your videos on Kamp Kenan and realized that you guys know alot about turtles. So i wanted to ask you if you can tell the age of my pet turtle.
I have a Black Pond turtle that is about 5.3 or 5.7 cm . It is brightly covered in yellow spots on its head and yellow stripes on its shell. I think its a male.
I didn't watch it hatch and i bought it from a breeder ( he didn't tell me the turtles age ). So i will be glad if you can answer! My guess that it is 1.5 years old. I bought the turtle in April this year. I really want it to be less than 2 years old....
What and how much should I feed my roof turtle it only feeds on turtle food only ??
