Math Professor Pranks Business Conference in Jordan

- I pranked this tech conference by pretending to have tech problems with the projector. The organizers asked me to do a similar prank to the pranks I have done in my mathematics classes. This took place in Amman, Jordan at the MENA/ICT Conference.

On a serious note, muslims(like every other person out there) can speak any language depending on where they're from. Arabic, English, dutch, etc. Saying muslim language is like saying christian or buddhism is a language

You're right. They weren't expecting it. When they didn't react at first, I started getting nervous - but that just meant that the prank was working, they really thought something was wrong with the projector (you can tell because they applaud when I say "okay, it's finally working.") But eventually, they saw that it was all part of the prank.

OF COURSE THEY WOULD, the first half was just the setup with a realistic problem that didn't show any clear humor, I mean you wouldn't laugh at someone if you really think they have trouble with a presentation that would be just rude, they laughed when it went absurd and it was clear that it wasn't serious and it was all a joke
When a powerpoint goes so bad it shuts down the entire building's electricity
Because this was a conference instead of a classroom, it's the first time I could use accomplices. We practiced the day before.

The fact IT people didn't realise something was up when the projector (displaying a Windows 10 PC) was making Windows 7 sounds is kinda concerning

I use a Windows 10 pc but I changed the sounds to windows 7's
@@forwoo9821 You can hear them grumbling at the errors. The crowd doesn't start laughing until he pushes the browser window.
Not only that, but they also had a _projector_ using Windows 7 sounds. Personally, I only use win7 sounds for a few things, such as UAC, and my own sounds for some others.

Thanks. But it almost backfired - my luggage was delayed by 24+ hours, and that suit didn't arrive until about 9 hours before I needed it! (I made a video about the trip on my personal channel.)

Well, the organizers of the conference knew what I was going to do, so there weren't any problems with security. But they did keep it a secret from everyone else.
