Armed with this awareness what is merely a daily intake of food can be transformed into a beautiful process of nourishment.

Our prayer started with asathoma sadh gamayA...shanthi shanthi shanthi hi in Kendriya vidyalaya from the year 1979...till now n even going forward would remain as kv schools morning prayer...I love my school,it gave me such a strong base..groomed me with compulsory weekly CCA activities...that made me an all-rounder in literary activities n a 3times kabbadi national player...I was so confident in presenting myself during my college days for stage pgms n seminars job interviews.
