I’m so teary-eyed watching this video. Your videos have helped me bond so much with my husband and my 3 year-old son. It’s helped me to have a completely different outlook on life and to be kinder to myself and our planet. I’ve started gardening since and it’s brought me so much peace and joy, and even helped me feel more connected with my father who passed two years ago, who always spent his time outdoors or in his garden. It’s quite incredible how a stranger has changed my life in such a positive way. Thank you, Thuy.

I especially love the mushrooms on the focaccia bread (the pansies were pretty, too). The green color reminded me of the popular Vietnamese cake called banh bo nuong, which I absolutely LOVE! Thomas' talented is AMAZING! and he really does need to get it out there.

I love all the things you do with your daughter to enrich her life and cause her to grow in kindness and gentleness. 💕 When my little girl was a toddler, she is now 30, I used to tell her that since she was born in March, we found her in a strawberry patch! (Strawberries begin to ripen here in Southern California in March). We planted a strawberry patch of her own, which she tended to everyday. She loved to share her strawberries. She was my little strawberry girl, still is! 🍓

2 von meinen Kindern haben wir ebenfalls ein Jahr länger im Kindergarten gelassen und das war die beste Entscheidung überhaupt. Eine Erzieherin sagte damals "Es gibt kein 'zu spät' einschulen, nur ein 'zu früh'" und ich denke damit hat sie recht.

you can paint rocks to put near your strawberries to keep birds away! the birds will peck on the rock before the strawberries mature and so when the berries start to form, birds think they will be hard as rocks and will leave them alone :) it could be fun craft to do with your daughter!

I really love the way how kids spend their moments and enjoy every second of their life. the beauty of this world is indeed for them.
the more mature, the less connection with nature. everything used to look colorful and good, but now I sit under the tree not to thank it for its shady leaves blocking the sun, but i'm lost in uncertain thoughts and worries.
I already have my vegetable garden almost fully planted. I don't have enough time in the day to dedicate as much time to it as I would like. This year I've planted three varieties of tomato (kumato, pear and salad) and I'm missing the cherries which are always sold out when I go to look for them. I have also planted Padrón peppers and Arnoia peppers, which are varieties from my land. And courgettes and round green beans. I'm missing the lettuces, which if I have time will be planted between Saturday and Monday.
