Think of the 3 children who are growing up & live the rest of their lives knowing that both their parents are cold-blooded killers. The devastation this pair put both families thru is soul-breaking, having to face the hellish consequences of their deeds.

Cindy Cobb should never have been allowed a victim impact statement. Her own son beat poor Ashley to death and Mommy wants him out of prison. But wants Erika to rot away the rest of her life. No wonder Chad is the way he is and is capable of a brutal and heinous murder of his child’s mother.

She is NEVER going to get paroled because she will NOT admit fault and continue take no blame which is a main thing the parole board looks at! He is right statistically it's unlikely she will parole which I hope even with the possibility gives the Biggs family some type of pleasure esp with her likely, with her manipulative thinking, assuming she will parole w/ ease to hopefully only be shut down!

If anyone knows the family of Ashley,
May God bless you and keep you, May He make His face to shine upon you, May He look upon you with favor and grant you peace.
I cant take your pain, nor can I bring her back, but I can say, she's not gone. She lives in your hearts, and sees every achievement you make Grace. A Mother NEVER leaves her child. As a mother of 6, I can say, as well spoken and such a beautiful heart you have, she is proud of both you and your grandmother.
I wont give these criminals a second thought, but I will pray for all of you 💖 You will all be reunited one day in joyous reunion and the ones that harmed all of you, will be in misery.
Keep love, light and Ashley in your minds, and hearts... there's no room for her murderers.
Forgive, if only to ease your minds, forget these two theyre not worth your time.

    • @Megan-cd6sh
      @Megan-cd6sh 10 місяців тому

@@carolynmcdonald2746It isn't though. Urging victims to forgive is popular nowadays in American pop psychology, but ACTUAL mental health professionals and trauma experts hate this sentiment. Forgiveness is not required for healing, despite what you have heard from Dr. Phil. In fact, pressuring yourself or other victims to forgive is extremely painful and triggering, especially when no remorse or true amends have been offered. Don't do it and don't encourage those who do. As a trauma care provider and also someone who receives trauma care- I do not forgive my perpetrators and yet they do not control me or have any hold over me. I never will forgive my perpetrators and yet I have gotten the help that I need and my life is wonderful. My perpetrators are not sorry and I do not forgive them and my very professional trauma providers completely support and encourage that, as do I with my clients.

I hope to God she doesn’t get parole! She’s a very manipulative person! Also, the Vandanko case was good! The mother got life and Paul, the brother, was given I think it’s 30 years to 100 years! The brother admitted he enjoyed abusing his brother and his step sister said he was a bully to all of them when he lived there and that was why they kicked him out! He would try to lock Timothy in his closet when he was 3 years old! Paul is very much the participant and sometimes he would feed him but that was once or twice! The stepfather had a stroke and in 6 months they killed him. Paul knew he was too thin but he decided he was going to keep punishing him, abused, because he got a thrill and liked the power over him! His brother gave him an ice bath for 6 hours until his mother came home and he went to work! The judge said Paul was above average intelligence and they said he didn’t have autism. Paul was not afraid of his mother and the Judge thought he might be worse than his mother! The narrative Paul painted was very manipulative and he mentioned “ Stockholm Syndrome “! Wow!

  • @crunchyyellowlion

The fact is this... even with parole now in Ohio very rarely do violent offenders get out. In 2015 the decline of releases was extremely high, now as of 2023 the blocks on parole make it even less likely for murderers to be released. She will be well into her 50s nearly 60s before she is considered, and by that time IF she is granted parole she will be too old to enjoy life and have missed all the milestones mothers love reaching. I am praying for the loved ones for Ashley (see other comment) and i wont give a second thought to this depraved creature. I will pray for her children and family though, they did not ask for her to be a murderer and didnt raise her to be one im sure, and i hope that through Ashley's memory and the love she had in her heart these families can bond together. The children will need good people in their lives and beautiful role models like Ashley's momma... as a mom of 6, i just want to hug her and offer my love and prayers. She is a tough cookie and im certain she made Ashley proud asf going after this like a momma bear would.
    To Ashley's Momma,
All us momma bears stand with you. Hugs and love girl! Your grandchildren have a helluva nana bear 💖💐😘

The victim is the mother that they killed! I believe she was just trying to deflect from her being involved in this plan to murder this poor woman and she didn’t even care! I believe Chad because Chad was strong enough to strangle her with his hands! She would need help though! There’s no way that this liar didn’t know what was fixing to happen! Chad’s mother fell like his wife was trying to get him to do this because she wanted the child! I’m sorry this happened to her and her mother was able to get justice! Mike is not a best friend! He’s a sucker thinking Ashley had nothing to do with it! She made her the pizza order at closing! Stop lying about your own personal decisions to participate! If Chad had her car then you knew she had to know what he did! The Judge got it right! Why would you order a pizza and get drugs in the car? I know she knew the plan!

When you are abused, these memories are locked into your brain. Your son was likely having a strong empathetic reaction to your daughter. It’s totally different.

@@Langolin1998that doesn’t mean someone can’t misremember some things - I have an excellent memory but there are things I’ve combined into one memory that didn’t actually happen together - including traumatic events. Brains and memories are fallible. Even when it comes to extreme events.

The destruction of two families over child custody and both parents are either dead or in prison for the rest of his life. The other family Mom could be spending many decades in prison.
Once again the kids always pay the price! Parents should live the kids more than they hate each other. Instead they destroyed the lives of all of these children and killed another Moms Child! Please make this make sense!

What a complete waste of time and taxpayers money, not to mention the absolute agony and emotional damage this second trail caused Ashley’s family and friends. And for what? To get the exact same outcome as the first trial. What fricking difference does it make if the co-defendant “takes the stand” via Zoom? What, did the internet connection change the answers he gave or did the questions change while being transmitted in real time? What an absolute ridiculous reason to throw out a conviction and grant a new trial.
Oh, and the prosecution is 100% correct, this woman is absolutely a manipulator with A LOT of patience to achieve her goal. I don’t believe any of the people who testified or read an impact statement against her will be safe if she is ever let out. You can tell just by looking at her that she is capable of holding a grudge for a VERY long time. I hope she never gets out.

Did they end up listening to the entire 3 hour recording? If so, that would mean deliberation took 4 hours! The guest attorney stated she thinks it's because the jury found out it was a retrial (I never heard they found out about it so I missed it) BUT to me I think they would persuade them to take longer and look harder into them because of there being a presumption of error in her favor!

So this commentator is now referring to Mike S as being "burdened" by his own child and the other children aren't even his. So they are not his responsibility. The Cobb kids will have to go to relatives.
