- Today was my last day dropping Emilia (11) at primary school! As well as Edie's (10) last day of homeschooling. I was really emotional because Edie loves her tutor so much and she was an incredible teacher (both to her and Emilia!). I talked about the reason why homeschooling was the best option for Edie last year. After dropping Emilia & Edie off I headed to Brighton with Matt for our last "mum date" of the school year! We bought some gifts for kids' birthday parties as well as a few clothing bits for Lessi (7) and Dre (5). We also went to Lost in the Lanes (again, we are creatures of habit) and I got completely stuck trying to get back into my car!! I got home and fed the doggies, Emilia was still at her Leavers' Party so it was a bit of a later evening. I completely forgot to put the kids' pizzas on and ours arrived before I'd made them which was a total mistake...oops! Eventually everyone got fed and was happy. I then went to bed with very itchy eyes - I'm still suffering with bad hayfever! See you guys on Sunday! 🥰

The fact you took Edie out of that situation instead of forcing her to stay in school as it's the social norm speaks a lot about your priorities as a parent and how much their emotional wellbeing is at the forefront 😍

Omg…I hugged her and nearly cried when we said goodbye 🥹🩷 Please know that you are doing an amazing job and you just never know the impact you’re having on a child. I speak from experience with Edie. Her sessions and making videos with her dad became the only good things in her life at one point 😢💔

I am American and never thought Anna’s accent was American. However I can always easily understand her better than other non American English accent (Brit/Irish/Aus) so that makes sense.

I don’t know if you are aware but we have been having Saharan Dust over here for weeks. It makes my eyes go crazy itching and watering. They say it does help to keep down the hurricanes so I guess I would rather have itchy eyes…💋🧚🏻♀️❤️🇺🇸

@@mizzwanned It makes my allergies twice as bad and it comes over from Sahara in the wind as in a dust storm like they have in Phoenix. It does however keep the power of the hurricanes down as it absorbs the dust…💋🧚🏻♀️

Anna you do not sound like you are from the States & especially not from the Baltimore area. Our accents and voice patterns are set by the time we are 14, so if a child moves before that their accent will change after it won’t. I’m proof of this my family moved when I was 14 and 10/12ths many years later when I was in my mid thirties and working on The Eastern Shore of Maryland I had some customers from Massachusetts (they told me) I said two word to them and they wanted to know what part of Connecticut was from,just two words and they knew. 🙂🐈🐈⬛💖🌈
